The complete incompetence of the employee. Visit to the point in the shopping center Skala 12.07.2023. I needed travel medical insurance to visit Abkhazia. The employee searched for Abkhazia in the list of countries for half an hour, could not find it, called someone for a consultation - the result was zero. Then she started asking me strange questions about whether Abkhazia is recognized by the "world community", launched into inadequate political reasoning (whose Crimea, etc.) and offered to take out insurance in Georgia instead of Abkhazia. THE RESULT: The work is not done, the insurance is not issued, time is lost and the feeling persists that there was an attempt at recruitment by Western intelligence services. I took the document and went to BELGOSSTRAKH (Tikali shopping center, Euroopt) and made insurance to Abkhazia in 5 minutes without any problems.
