I asked for advice from the Promtransinvest call center about Casco reimbursement. I was assured twice on the phone that in my case there would be a refusal to pay.
After communicating with the dealership and friends, I arrived at the main office on Plekhanov Street, where all the documents were accepted without question and there was no question of refusal. The specialists of the main office are friendly and competent, and the service is fast enough.
To improve the work and a better impression of the company, I would like to hear from the same competent specialists of the call center.
Therefore, there are 5 document acceptance specialists and 2 call center employees.
A disgusting insurance company. Regular insurance. There was an insurance case not caused by the driver. The first calculation of visible damage was four days overdue. The second calculation for hidden work was delayed for two and a half weeks, constant calls, constant uncertainty about the timing (and the car is already under repair, no one will wait for anyone there) lack of service and keeping your own customers at their word with everything. This is not to say that the insurance miscalculation is completely questionable. The prices do not correspond to reality. I wanted to do casco in the future, but alas, promtransinvest left a bad impression of working with them.
The car got into an accident due to the driver's fault, on a bump on the ring road.
The car is a cargo bus.
The car is insured for 100% casco without taking into account wear, the employee wrote a certificate of an accident at night on the ring road.
They pulled the car on a tow truck to the parking lot on Plekhanov Street for an initial inspection.
There were also minor accident certificates for this car.
That is, in fact, there were 3 cases at once, the mirror is right and left, plus a bump on the ring.
Both the front part and the side and rear of the car were damaged.
To which the employee who went out to photograph the car said that the side and back will not be paid, because it is not indicated in the certificate.Although there is a cap on the entire side from the rear to the front wing.
They sent me to the traffic police officers who issued it, so that they could finish it.
But the quest did not end there either, the car was standing and waiting for the tow truck to arrive for further transportation to the service station at their parking lot on Plekhanov Street, 18:30 call, they asked to remove the car from their parking lot or they themselves will call a tow truck that will remove the car from their territory, although there is not even a sign there.
I am a registered employee of this company.
In the future, I will look for another company.

The waiting area is made perfect: from chairs to sofas. But the service on Saturday leaves at least 2 jobs on duty, instead of one. The reason is that it was previously stated and there was no confirmation from the police department. Now it's like defects in operation. That is, now I need to repair the door at my own expense! So much for Premium Casco insurance! Which costs a lot of money!
Even in case of the owner's fault, the insurance company provides 5% of the insured amount! But in this case there is nothing from the word at all.
Honestly, I don't see the point of insurance in this company.It is immediately necessary to prove that this injury is an insured event, and then independently call to find out the result and explanations.
The insurance is terrible, according to the hard hat, the premium rate for a minute is 2760 euros per month for a bus without calling the traffic police, under any pretext, they will refuse to pay any minor damages...definitely not recommended.
It is impossible to get through - right now I am "hanging" waiting for 20 minutes and all this time "your number is in the queue - the third", while it is useless to write to chatbots in tg and Viber, specialists there do not solve any questions about insurance cases. And so it is constantly.
In addition, you have to convince specialists that you have an insured event, for example, repeated ultrasound for diagnosis is not an observation of dynamics, but a diagnosis.
Queues by the hour. They will refuse a hard hat for any little thing. There is a photo of the bumper WITHOUT damage when I insured the car - not an argument, you took a picture incorrectly.
Not another step towards these individuals.
A complete negative after a recent appeal on car insurance, I received a referral to a service station, the guys made up a calculation of costs and spare parts, and an insurance specialist writes that it is necessary to put the bumper, hood and headlight at the cheapest. The director of the service station popularly explains to him that the bumper for 40 rubles is "cardboard" and does not fit even with fasteners and the hood will peel off in a year, because it is not galvanized, but the dialogue does not work. Question to the management: Do you also put Chinese spare parts from the basement on your car insurance? Maybe it's worth reviewing the policy.
