I redid it 3 times and after another mistake I began to convince that it was not important and no one would look there! The employee has zero understanding of the possible consequences and losses. By persuasion, in order to correct their own mistakes, and after 40 minutes they received their insurance for traveling abroad, this task would take an experienced PC user 10 minutes. I really don't recommend it.
They bred these insurers in the country, but they did not teach them how to work. There is enough Belgosstrakh for the whole country. And here they attached friends, daughters, granddaughters, etc. The building was built. A kindergarten would be better, and these companies of idlers would go into agriculture. The country would benefit more...
Disgusting insurance company! I issued them a hard hat, for a year, for a new car. I paid for everything once, the company was recommended by insurance brokers, so I didn't really look at the cost, I just believed and took it. There were 3 insurance cases, all with certificates from the traffic police. Every time there is no information whether the documents are ready for repair, I came 3 times when they said the documents were ready - but they are not ready))) How is that?))), I came for some documents 3 times. The deadline for the documents to be ready is from 1.5 months!! They are deliberately delaying, as they explained to me later, so that it would be beneficial for them to send you for repairs once. The cases are simple - scratches to the metal, as I understand it, other cars or children scratched in the yard... At the end of the year, the next year, they counted the insurance for 70% more than the original amount))) although I was told in other insurance companies that the coefficient is usually raised to 30%, it looks special! Next, it is impossible to get through!! It is impossible to get all the information by at least 2 numbers! I wrote to the chat today, asked to find out the cost of a hard hat for next year. They sent me to make a call somewhere. I explain that I am not allowed to talk on the phone at work... I asked off and went to call. The first phone stupidly resets... The cost was calculated for 10 minutes))) It takes so long to press the buttons! I asked what was the last case, if the documents were ready, a month ago I wrote a statement ... "this is on another phone" ... OK! I call Levki - I hang on the phone for 10 minutes - they don't pick me up.... I'm calling 128 - 7 minutes, I'm hanging out and oh, Gods, come down! And they say, "I do not know what you have in this case, I just see that the documents are not ready." Is it okay?? What kind of mockery is this?? I also wrote in the chat that it is very inconvenient for me to communicate on the phone at work, and when I get free, they no longer work! And I don't care! As a result, I spent 30 minutes, no questions were answered... I definitely don't want to continue working with them! And I don't advise you!! Save your nerves and find a more worthwhile company!
I ran into this company Promtransinvest twice. The first time I insured a car, and the insurance employee did not even bother to ask if there was an accident on the car that I inherited from my husband, and as a result I paid a fine for concealing data. And secondly, I inherited a car with a fine of 600 rubles, which I paid to Promtransinvest, they, in turn, did not bother to submit data to the OPI and blocked all my cards and wrote off the last money from the card, despite the fact that I am raising two young children alone. I will never contact this insurance company again.
A terrible insurance company that is focused only on its own benefit, even on regular customers who have been with it for 15 years, she does not care, went to competitors and I do not regret it.

Even if the size of the insurance contract is very large and much exceeds the amount of payments!But! I still can't wrap my head around the idea of how you can treat your clients SO disrespectfully (Thank God, in my case, former ones!), so cynically not fulfill your contractual obligations, taking away not only time and nerves with endless approvals, additional meetings in the office and at the place of the insured event, judicial lawsuits and so on. The task of the organization and its goal is to let the client understand and feel: "he is a fool!"
I will never recommend Promtransinvest to anyone. The market is big, you can choose!
