I like the location, close to the lake. The beaches are good. There is no noise of discos and smoke from barbecues. Quiet and clean air. I like the guarded territory and the closed Parking for cars. Great locations for kids, both toddlers and older kids. Round-the-clock security is very good.

I recommend it! Excellent location, secure Parking, well-maintained area around the buildings, barbecue area, playgrounds, clean apartments! Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, large refrigerator, large double bed, plus sofa, large wardrobe, hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, set of necessary utensils, and a comfortable bathroom with shower. Silence, excellent sound insulation! And very affordable prices!

I recently stayed at the Burabai Promenade apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, cozy and modern apartment with stunning mountain and lake views. Polite and helpful staff, convenient location near the beach and hiking trails. A great place to stay, I recommend it!

We stayed in a room for 6 people. There are only good impressions left! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, air conditioning, clothes dryer, kettle, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dishes, hair dryer. It is fashionable to take skewers and cook a barbecue in the yard. There is only no iron, but it can be borrowed from the landlord if necessary.

BI group thanks!!!! In Burabai, among the old houses, you can come and rent a clean, cozy apartment with secure Parking! We went with the baby and were delighted! The rental prices in old houses are the same here! But here there is comfort and cleanliness, silence!

I recommend it! New apartments in the center of Borovoye for a relaxing holiday! Not far from the lake, there are cafes, shops, a zoo, a Ferris wheel, a summer water park nearby.

An excellent hotel was settled quickly without any problems, the reservation was made by WhatsApp. The room was an IKEA room. The room has a kitchen, microwave oven, kettle, sink and all necessary utensils. The only drawback was that they couldn't turn on the microwave - the oven always knocked out the fuse. When asked how to fix this, the room owner said not to turn on the microwave and the kettle at the same time, but the microwave was always turned on separately. And it didn't work because the machine was turned off. Otherwise, everything is great, they left the keys in the room at the check-out.
