Absolutely no loyalty to customers. We took the trailer three times, there were always some problems. The woman is incompetent, but at the same time she tries to give some information. They told me to bring the trailer by 8 a.m., I had to wait for the same woman. We asked for an extra.the fee to stay for 10 minutes after 20:30!, it was really important to give the trailer away, categorically not. I respect everyone's personal time, but why not respect my time at 8 a.m.??? I will categorically avoid this place and I advise you. In any situation, you will not be allowed to meet. And the business cards of this company should be made true. There are no discounts (I personally asked), and the trailer rental time is either 6 hours or daily, there are no alternatives. an hour delay of 5 rubles.

I took it for 32 rubles for 2 days, the trailer is long and good, the trailers are quite new, a large selection of trailers, they will advise what to take, there are trailers at a discount. Prices are more pleasant than in rental shops at construction stores. It is a pity that there is no representative office in other cities, so as not to go back to Minsk to return the trailer. There is also no service to pick up a trailer if, for example, a car breaks down. Otherwise, I'm happy with everything.

Lumpen-cantor. They cheat on little things. Constant conflicts with customers. A bestial attitude. There are many offices in the neighborhood. Including Gazprom and Lukoil gas stations... If you want to have your nerves in order, it's better to go there. I took trailers from them more than once...Not another foot. It's like being on a powder keg every time. They come up with different reasons to rip off the money...and the main thing is fine...but it is very noticeable.
