We took a Skoda Octavia (diesel) car in May 2018. The car was delivered quickly, and an electronic contract was drawn up on the spot. The car is clean, the tank is full, there were even some vignettes. The route was from Prague to St. Wolfgang, Venice, Maranello, Verona, Munich, Karlovy Vary and Prague. The car on the road did not fail and did not give a hint. I am satisfied with the service, I will use it on my next trip.
P.S. Russian people work on the service and those who have problems with a foreign language are saved.

I am extremely satisfied with the services of this company. We took a red fabia with my wife for a trip to the Czech Republic and Austria. The support team answered all my questions. The most important thing is that there are no surprises when handing over a car. I have read a lot of horror stories on the Internet about scammers who are fined when handing over cars for old kotzki. Everything is transparent and honest with these guys.
The car was parked for free in Prague. I went to pick her up on the tram, it was lucky that our hotel was relatively close.
The car was delivered on time to the hotel, again, very convenient.
Alexander (the employee) politely answered all questions, suggested where to park at Prague Castle, showed how to use the parking meter.

We used the rental services from April 14 to April 25, 2018.
We booked a gasoline Hyundai i20 with automatic transmission. I was bribed by the complete set of the car and the automatic transmission. We did not lose: the car passed the whole trip without complaints, confidently keeping the road both on the autobahns of Germany and along the narrow streets of Italian cities.
Among the undoubted advantages of the rental: professionalism and punctuality of employees, prompt Russian-language support at all stages of work (email, whatsapp - a response within 5 minutes is guaranteed), an electronic contract (drawn up on the spot, signed and sent by e-mail), a fairly low deposit amount, a free second driver in the contract.
No disadvantages were noticed :)
We ordered a car to Prague airport, - immediately after booking, we were sent a photo of the place where an employee of the company would be waiting for us: the arrival area of terminal 1. We confused the terminals and stood in the arrival area of terminal 2. When 10 minutes passed and we did not find anyone, I checked my mail, realized that I was mistaken, and we we ran to terminal 1. :D 5 minutes later, the company called me on the phone, and very politely informed me that we were expected, clarified that the employee who was meeting us had moved away from the meeting area for a couple of minutes, but everything was in force. In general, we arrived at the place, 15 minutes late. A couple of minutes later we were met, escorted to the car - a slightly crumpled white Hyundai i20 on the right rear stood in the parking lot near the airport. The mileage is about 90 thousand, - not a lot and not a little, - it is clear that the car confidently plows the expanses of Europe. :) We made out all the scratches and dents on the car in an electronic contract, entered the first and second drivers, got acquainted with the equipment of the car (an mp3 player with USB was a pleasant surprise for us), signed the contract, changing the place of delivery of the car (it seemed more convenient for us to take the car to the parking lot of the company instead of the railway station), paid the deposit with a card and the cost of rent... And they rushed off! :)
We drove through Europe around the ring: Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and Czech Republic again. In Italy, the right low beam headlight stopped working in the car, - thanks to the repair kit from the trunk, they changed the bulb in the headlight in 5 minutes and rolled on. :) There were no more breakdowns, - reliable equipment! :)
When they handed over the car again in Prague, they were a little late at the car wash - they were 10 minutes late at the place of delivery. The car was accepted without problems, the acceptance took less than 5 minutes. The deposit was returned to the card within 3 days.
After returning from the trip, I learned that the company also has offices in other European cities: and in other European cities:
- in the Czech Republic, these are: Prague, Karlovy Vary
- in Germany, these are: Dresden, Munich
- in Austria it is: Vienna
- in Slovakia it is: Bratislava

Great guys from Russia! I rented it for the first time in Europe and was a little worried, but the reality turned out to be very, very joyful. Firstly, there was what my wife and I needed and other rents did not have - a compact class with automatic transmission. All negotiations were held in advance by mail, the girl Rina answered immediately and with knowledge of the matter. She sent me a contract in Russian and Czech, I replied with scans of my documents, and at the appointed time an employee named Alexander brought a good stool - Hyundai i20. Fresh, with a mileage of 65 thousand, everything works, the vignette is in place. Since the hotel demanded 12 euros per night for parking, the guys from the rental gave the key to their parking lot (not far from the Flora metro station, very close to the tram stop, and 3 minutes 30-40 minutes on foot to our Prague) for free, dropping the exact coordinates. So I found a parking lot the first time. The conditions are very good, there is a choice of payment - even in cash, even by card. I paid in cash in euros, for three days it came out 108euros plus a deposit of 300. We went to Dresden to the gallery, rode through the idyllic Saxon towns of Moritzburg (where the prince's castle from "Three Nuts for Cinderella"), Pirna, Freiberg, Meissen, to the famous Bashtai Bridge, then to the wonderful city of Regensburg. The stool on the German autobahns, of course, looks weak, but in the cities it is king. In general, I will contact them myself next time, and I advise everyone. Great guys.

Excellent service and a good team. Everything was worked out to the minute. During the day, I went around four offices in a desire to rent a car, but somewhere there were no cars available on the specified date, somewhere there was an inhumane price tag. And then I found a link on the Internet to rent a car in Prague... I rented a Hyundai i20 car for one day. They offered a choice of a way to deliver the car: either from their parking lot, or they were ready to bring it to the specified address. A refund is also possible under the same conditions. It's very convenient when you've been rolling for a whole day and you don't have to take the car anywhere. Very pleasant staff, they answer all questions intelligibly, without technical answers. I recommend it! Next time I will rent only through them! Have a good rest!

Great company and staff. Everything is clear and prompt. We ordered two cars (Seat Leon and Citroen Alice) in August 2017 for 17 days.The staff met at the Prague airport, quickly issued and handed over the cars. The cars are clean, we were very happy!
Russian Russian is a good advice, because even for a person who speaks only Russian, everything is quite simple: a Russian person meets, the navigation was regular in Russian, as was the control panel.
Only the contract is signed in Czech. The deposit and payment can be made in cash or by card.

I first came across these guys a couple of years ago by accident. I urgently needed a car in Prague, but I had no experience using a rental car abroad, and I didn't have much experience with languages. Therefore, I considered only Russian-language services. I immediately liked the attitude - it is noticeable that they are trying to focus on the client. The car was delivered to the hotel, everything was explained and told. I returned the car at the end of the working day. I got a little lost in Prague, so I was late. To be honest, I thought that he gave me a good reason to charge me extra money. But surprisingly, there was nothing like that. Last October, I was in Prague again, and again I borrowed a car from them. This time, some difficulty lay in the fact that I did not have time to return the car at a stationary point, I had to immediately jump off the wheels onto the train to Vienna. We took the car right at the railway station without any problems. You could say they caught me while I was cutting circles in search of a parking spot)). I especially want to note the decency of the guys. While I was driving to the train station, I didn't come across a gas station on the way, and I arrived with an incomplete tank. They got into my situation, estimated the cost of gasoline, and I paid on the spot. Moreover, a small but important nuance: I have an eye for fuel consumption. And I was honestly charged 900 crowns. Although it would be quite possible for a naive tourist to throw a couple of hundred, as other people do not hesitate to do. Now briefly about the cars and the price of services. The rental price, as far as I can compare, is average in the market, even slightly lower. Both times I took Skoda Fabia on the handle – no complaints. Next time, I will definitely address them as well.

Chronicle of events.
A week before the trip, I read forums on the topic of car rental in Prague. I accidentally found that one of the rentals delivers cars directly to a convenient place, and it's free. It takes away the same way. I decided that it was important for me, as it is very convenient to get a car directly to the hotel. I followed the link to the website prokatpraga.ru - everything is in Russian, everything is clear. Then, right on the website, in the chat window (bottom right), I left a request for advice. The operator answered me almost immediately. It is very clear and they told me in detail about the types of insurance, answered all questions, and named the total amount. Looking ahead, I will say that it completely, to the cent, coincided with the amount that I paid when I received the car. Following the consultation (everything is again in Russian), I asked for a reservation of the car model I liked, right in the chat. All you had to do was tell me your phone number and email address. Katerina, the operator, sent me a confirmation email. No prepayments were required. I agreed on insurance (I chose a full hard hat with zero deductible) and a navigator in Russian. By the way, he really turned out to be completely in Russian, only he spoke a little with an accent. (it was funny).
My wife and I took a compact class for 5 days. We rode without restrictions. There was a vignette on the glass, so the toll roads presented no problems.
Also on the car rental website you can read the difference between our traffic regulations and the Czech ones. You can also learn about parking rules in the city. Which is important, because in case of improper parking, the car is guaranteed to be dragged to the parking lot.
We finished our trips ahead of time, by about 5 hours, and right in Viber we asked for the car to be delivered ahead of schedule. Again, the operator replied after a couple of minutes and we agreed on the place of transfer of the car early, in fact, in half an hour. The same driver who issued the car (Russian-speaking) came to pick up the car. I examined, accepted, returned the deposit and we said goodbye. Everything is fast, polite with a smile. I had a pleasant experience working with this car rental. I recommend using it if you are in Prague!

I used this rental 2 times, Olga and Alexander worked with me very pleasantly, fast booking processing, prompt transfer / delivery of the car in the parking lot or with delivery to the place of demand in Prague. The cars are in good condition. The other 2 companies only offered to arrive at the office in the city center by a certain time, which is absolutely inconvenient. Good afternoon! When planning a trip to Europe (Prague - Karlovy Vary - Czech Krumlov - Vienna - Budapest) in advance, about a month in advance, we ordered a car to a hotel in Prague with a return at another hotel in Prague. Exactly at the appointed time, a representative of the company (Russian-speaking) was waiting for us at the entrance to the hotel. I spent it in the car (Skoda Fabia), because it was impossible to drive up to our hotel without violating traffic rules. The registration took 10-15 minutes, I handed over the car. The car was equipped with wi-fi, and a navigator was provided, which is very convenient. They were paid in cash, without providing card details. The car is in excellent condition - it has never failed. There was an incident in Vienna, at the entrance to a multi-level parking lot, the car did not pass the height and the plastic into which the antenna is inserted broke. The technical support service (Russian-speaking) dried us up, offered not to worry (they took extended insurance without a deductible), the only thing we were asked to do was to wrap it with tape or something else so that water would not get inside. I returned the car earlier than the specified time (the company was called in 1 hour) a representative was waiting for us at the hotel, took the car without any questions and returned the deposit. The impressions of communication with the representatives of the company were pleasant! I recommend it to everyone.

We rented a Prague Hyundai i20 gasoline vending machine. The car was delivered to the hotel exactly at the appointed time. There was a chip on one disk. They didn't reflect it anywhere, but they took a picture just in case. The formalities took about five minutes. It is very convenient that the deposit is small (300 euros) and in cash.
We drove more than 1000 km in 3 days. There are no complaints about the car. They deliberately took a small one so that it was convenient to move around in cities.
When the car was returned, the girl was delayed for 10 minutes, but called in time and warned. In short, the most pleasant impressions about the company remained.

Good day to all! We rented a Skoda Fabia combi (mechanics, diesel) in Prague from 2 to 9 August 2016. Before traveling to the Czech Republic, I looked at several companies providing car rental services. After the analysis (in terms of price / quality ratio), I stopped at this particular company and did not regret it. The car was delivered at a strictly appointed time to our apartments. The entire procedure for transferring the car took no more than 10 minutes, during which all the information of interest was made available. We drove about 2,600 km through Amsterdam, Bruges, Luxembourg, Munich. The car has never failed. The diesel consumption (5 liters per 100 km) fully corresponds to the declared one. It turned out to be very economical. Special thanks for the pre-fulfilled request for the purchase of a placard (a mandatory sticker for an environmental fee at the entrance to German cities), we did not have to waste precious time searching for points where they can be purchased. We returned from a trip 4 hours earlier, so I asked in advance to postpone the transfer of the car (there were difficulties with parking on Wenceslas Square). The company's employees were sympathetic to the request and picked up the car early, saving us from the problems of unnecessary parking. The transfer process took 5 minutes. The car was ordered a month before the trip to Prague. They gave a 10% discount on the order for the prepayment and agreed to reduce the amount of the franchise by 100 euros. We also agreed that they would buy a Plakette for us for a rented car for 15 euros. We were going to drive through half of Germany.
On December 04, we received our new 2016 Hyundai i20 diesel with a mileage of just over 30 thousand km. and a full tank at the hotel ON TIME. The car was covered in frost, but they did not find fault, they just wrote it down in the inspection report, it was clean inside. A child seat, new winter tires, and even a navigator were put in the glove compartment, although this was not discussed. We had our own. We drove 2500 km by car in 10 days. I have never failed. Excellent stop-start mode. There was enough engine both in the mountains and on the highway. A very economical device. The car was delivered to Vaclav Havel Airport Prague, Ruzyne. An employee of the company arrived ON TIME, quickly checked everything, returned the franchise, gave some tips on how best to get to the terminal we are interested in.

We rented a fabia. the deposit was left in cash -when the car was returned, the deposit was returned. The Russian-speaking representative was surprised. Parking in Prague is around the clock, BUT there is a PROBLEM - you need to take the keys to the gate immediately when renting - we did not know and had to look for parking in the city. So, upon request, they provided a car seat - as they drove with a small child. I recommend the company.

There are no problems, punctuality is the main thing for me. We were delivered to the hotel on time, received at the airport 5 minutes after our arrival. I recommend. Before leaving for Prague, I managed to break my leg. We rented a car (Hyundai i20) from this company via the Internet. The girl Katya was very attentive and explained everything clearly. When faced with our business, we were ready for surprises. And a surprise really awaited us, but a pleasant one. Strictly at the appointed time, the car was brought to the hotel. Russian-speaking courier Alexander completed the contract in 10-15 minutes. The weather was rainy and the inspection was carried out cursorily. In the evening, I noticed a damaged rear wheel hood. But to my surprise, there were no complaints when returning the car. Everything is decent and businesslike. I recommend this rental to everyone, they don't throw it there.

We ordered a car from this company, just a few days before arrival. Initially, we booked a car in advance from another company, but due to flight delays due to weather conditions, the flight had to be postponed for several days, so they charged me a fine for three days of rental. And in this company (we again had a one-day delay due to weather conditions), they did not take fines, the car was driven to the airport, taken away from the place of residence. The staff is friendly, in case of emergency they will tell you what to do and how to do it. How to properly issue documents in case of an accident (we had such a nuisance). In general, I liked this company, I am satisfied with the car and service!
