The staff is kinda friendly, but I was charged for the broken mount of my snowboard (plastic strap), which is obviously natural wear of old equipment. Damage is mentioned in the contract to be paid by the customer without remarks about natural wear, so this is a contract-covered scam. Depreciation cost should be always handled by rental service, the better ones even compensate for lost riding days.
Also 50 GEL is a wild overprice for a plastic strap.
