We had a rest in July in Gagra, decided to take a ride around Abkhazia on our own and found the nearest rental by geolocation. For luck, a Honda Fit car was available. Like all rental cars, it is right-hand drive. The registration took about 20 minutes - with installation and acceptance of the car (they took pictures of the damage, showed the buttons and levers). We drove a car for 2 days, driving a right-hand drive car for the first time, but I got used to it in half a day. We passed the Ritz, thermal springs and tasting rooms. We visited New Athos, Gudauta, Pitsunda and more... We had lunch in various restaurants and cafes. And all this slowly and with arrangement thanks to the rental car. Twice I had the "happiness" of communicating with the Gaians, and both times without complaints.
Oh, by the way, beware of cows, they roam without rules. I was lucky to have traveled all over.
The delivery of the car took several minutes - the damage and condition of the wheels were checked - and it is free.

The quality of the car is fully consistent with the price, which is important. We used a "Honda Fit" - a compact and nimble car. During the period of operation of this car, there were no complaints about its use; there were no complaints.

The technical condition of the car is decent-everything works like a clock, the varik is excellent, the air conditioner freezes, the child seat is free. In 5 days we drove 600 km on 45 liters of gasoline (on mountain roads, the conduits were never turned off) and saved a lot of money on excursions. When approaching a prohibited location, we received a call and were politely warned. We handed over the car in 3 minutes of a cursory inspection without quibbles and unnecessary questions . Special thanks to Kristina, she called us a budget taxi home. We are very satisfied. We are only sorry that we found you late, next time we will rent you right at the entrance to Abkhazia and for the whole vacation. Honest high-quality rental. I got the black one in the 3 l. sportline version, the fire is in a very decent condition. The interior and suspension are excellent. The consumption was modest for such a volume of 12 liters.

1 car that was provided to us was working properly, the car was clean, the car was refueled, the employee showed all the jambs (I missed one myself - the disc was broken) but I filmed the video of the whole car. The approach to the client is individual. Everything was kindly and clearly explained. Correspondence with the salon is instant - they try to make the client happy. The shortcomings discovered after receiving the machine help to solve them according to vacap. Or they offer to drive to the office. They do their best for the client. Always kind.
Of the cons:
1 there is no office at our hotel
2 it is not possible to provide a car in our city (in Russia)
3 they did not offer chacha or wine as everywhere in Abkhazia
4 were not left overnight
5 the taxi they called for us turned out to be without air conditioning
6 the money was returned to us not the bills that we left as collateral.

Before departure, a good consultation of the manager on the peculiarities of driving in the republic, the peculiarities of communication with the traffic police, all questions about cars and any others.. I brought a car with an incomplete tank, I didn't have enough cash to refuel, the manager even gave me a thousand out of the deposit and gave me the opportunity to go to the gas station, and I was not happy that he had the opportunity to deduct a fine from the deposit from me.
