A couple of years ago, I bought blinds made by this company "DUXY LUX". Then the order was small, for two windows, it was issued through an intermediary, who can hardly be called a company, and who takes a fee from the transaction. To pick up the self-made blinds, they sent them to this production facility at the address of Bendery, Stary Street (opposite the railway school No. 2, saying that it would be cheaper this way. Once there, I was surprised by the Spartan conditions prevailing at this enterprise, which is an abandoned building with a couple of construction trailers, and the gravel underfoot does not facilitate the movement of a normal person so that you can easily break your leg. There was a man in the trailer who gave me the blinds he had made and gave me a business card, while telling me not to contact any intermediary firms there, but to go to him right away as he does everything himself. Well, I thought, I kept the business card, the blinds seemed good, I decided to continue working directly, without intermediaries. After a couple of years, I needed new blinds, so I decided to go straight to the manufacturer. After finding the business card, I tried to go to the website listed on it www.d****-***.**, turned out to be a link to an online casino. A bad sign, I thought, and decided to call the phone number on the business card. The man who answered the phone confirmed that he now has another website and said that I could write him the dimensions in Viber for the order. I had a small order, just for two windows, just like last time. After taking all the measurements, I sent them to him in Viber, but he has been silent for several days, but I see that he is reading my messages. From this, I concluded that: 1. This man, who does all the work at this production enterprise, seeing that I have a small order, preferred silence than accept my order to work; 2. The manager who takes over communication with clients, still needs him; 3. A business card and I consider the contacts in the phone to be garbage, the attitude towards the company is neutral. Contact companies that value you and fight for customers.
