First, they rinsed out the whole brain while they were making out the acceptance, then there is no, then there is no, we still need papers, although a service book with a warranty card was available. With grief in half, they got the necessary papers through the online seller. The seller was very surprised by the service's request for additional documents. 2 weeks have passed, no one has called from the service. 16.11 (two weeks), I call myself, ask, they tell me that they called me the next day. I checked my phone, there were no missed messages, no messages in whatsapp. I come to pick it up, I am required to pay 5000 tenge for diagnostics. To my dissatisfaction, with what fright, the vacuum cleaner is under warranty, diagnostics turns out not to be included in the warranty.
In summary, the desk sucks, there is no staff at all. Make notes about the allegedly performed manipulations.
In short, I told them to their face everything I think about them. And judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one.

Incompetent employees, receptionists who just don't spit in the face of customers, grab the equipment by the screen, pinning it down - if the monitor or TV is all with nerves, they took the equipment, diagnosed it for two weeks, returned it back, said - the case is not guaranteed, fix it yourself, then bring it. They scored on the extended warranty, they immediately slip a document of waiver of the warranty. Treating technology like garbage. I do not recommend this "desk", it is anything but a service
They rubbed their nerves, described the problem from and to with the TV, the brand, etc. they said bring the master to look, he brought it, the next day the master did not say anything new and said that there were no details on it. When I picked it up, the management apparently passes by, "how not? Have you been looking for something there?"they stand mumbling with their eyes, pounding, saying I'll find it myself now in 10 minutes, leave it, we'll do it in the end, the part was found without problems and arrived a week later the TV works fine. The craftsmen may be good, but the attitude towards the client and logistics or the desire to search for details below the baseboard are sitting on the flow.
The quality to the customers is no,I gave just a little headphones,just to do,so first they said from 1 to 10 days,then they came and said from 7 to 21 days,it turns out that the whole repair takes a whole month,how can it be,because it's not some big technique,but just headphones???In general, I do not advise contacting this company, as it does not correspond to how they advertise themselves, In short: The attitude towards customers is bad, the quality of work is terrible
