The only workshop out of the four that I visited started replacing the brake pads during the off-season. Other workshops were either closed, or selling Christmas trees, or the master went to work only on Friday.
After the winter, I decided to take my German and did not regret it. We did everything perfectly, the bike is clean, the transmission, shock absorption and brakes work perfectly, as after the factory. The cost is very reasonable. Recommend 👍

It's the worst relationship I've ever seen .
1. It looks like the "master" is not familiar with the phone.THERE IS NO FEEDBACK!!!
2. No official documents are ISSUED when depositing the bike !!!
3. No payment receipt is ISSUED !!!
4. After almost three winter months, repairs do not seem to have been carried out.
5, They changed the normal circuit to another one (I DIDN'T ASK THEM TO DO THIS). My spare part WAS NOT RETURNED. I think it will be sold to someone else (a very convenient "business"). He said "the master" allegedly threw it away - I DON'T BELIEVE IT....
In total, he paid 200 blr. and DID NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE SUPPORTING DOCUMENT!!!
When I first entered this establishment and saw the mess and the "pigsty", I just had to leave. I shouldn 't have believed my eyes ....
I think there will be enough work for the tax inspectorate for a long time, and 100% for the Fire Inspector, too.
There are photos on their website, BUT I DON'T ADVISE YOU TO BELIEVE THEM - FICTION....
AS A RESULT, I TOOK THE BIKE IN A MUCH WORSE CONDITION THAN IT WAS.
THEY DID NOT RETURN THE MONEY ... IT LOOKS LIKE A SCAM.
I WILL NOT WISH THE ENEMY TO GET TO SUCH A MOUNTAIN "MASTER"....
P.S. Where are the state supervisory authorities looking???

I handed over the bike for a full wash and for seasonal maintenance.
The sink is not of high quality, the chain inside was left with old grease, the cassette is dirty, not fully washed, it seemed that they just brushed superficially, respectively, the entire transmission remained in the old grease, although I clarified that the sink should be full so that the old grease would not remain, and I would lubricate with my high-quality, as a result, the requirement was not even half fulfilled.
After I took the bike away, I noticed a backlash on the rear wheel, as it turned out, they did not fully fix it, later there was also a sound during driving as the cables and brake tubes beat against the frame, although there was no such sound before, I had to fix the wheel and cables myself, this error could I would like to get out by replacing the wheel and the entire structure.
At the moment, I do not recommend this bike workshop, I believed the old reviews, that's why I handed the bike over there, maybe once good craftsmen worked there, or did their job better, but now everything is bad. It could be another person who does not check his bike and fully trusts the "masters".

Last year, in the spring, I drove them to the big bike before the marathon, I thought what to pick at myself, the masters know better what to do.
I took the bike, decided to check it in front of the workshop, turned the pedals twice and the chain broke into two halves, almost killed myself. They said sorry, they forgot to clamp the lock, well, OK.
I came to the marathon, drove normally does not change gears at all, I had it better before than after their repair. I suffered all day in the forest on it until I reached the finish line.
After that, I didn't ride so well all summer, because I had to solve the problem of how to fix it, ship it, repair it again, etc. ... and pedaling on such a bike is generally no pleasure.
It's better to do it yourself, if you have time, or contact a real master, here we watched the lessons on YouTube.
I decided to write a review because the problem remains and something needs to be done, their careless work really upset me.

Not 1 star just because the bike was new. Everything else is so-so. The rental bikes are designed for very light short walks. Service, communication - at the level of "all life is pain, and problems, problems." The review is only for rental. Personally, I'd rather take a walk or a scooter than rent a bike at this point.

By the way, they have a winter promotion now, 50% on maintenance. In the summer, you can always rent bicycles, it is convenient if you are going on a bike ride with a company. In winter, we always take a washing machine and tubing from them 👍

I drove up to the guys to turn on the rear derailleur, but on a quick inspection they revealed severe wear on the chain and cassette - i.e. everything needs to be changed. In parallel, I received a consultation, and they adjusted the seat, which constantly flew under load, for which special thanks - they didn't even take money.
