The hashish kebab and liver at the Professor's Place were really at a high level in terms of taste. While the poppy seed kebab attracted attention with its special spice mixture and consistency, the liver was cooked extremely fresh and correctly. Especially for kebab and liver lovers, this place can be a good option. However, I will not be able to make the same compliments about künefe. As someone who has eaten künefe in Urfa, I think that the künefe presented here could not capture the tastes of that region; it left a slightly more ordinary flavor.
The atmosphere of the place is quite remarkable and spectacular. However, this may attract the attention of some visitors because it contains details that highlight a certain political opinion. Although the masters seemed a little cold and distant, the waiters were extremely interested and friendly. The fact that they take care of the guests and respond quickly to their needs makes the time spent at the venue more enjoyable.
