First of all, let me say that I have a lot of Profs on my research on the Internet in the comments here. Dr. dan then went to him as a last resort. due to the scar tissue structure formed by the fissure in the breech area, which I have experienced for many years due to an incorrectly performed hemorrhoid surgery 30 years ago, and due to the damage of the cracks in the incision area, severe pain that persists throughout the day and no longer becomes bearable, starting some time after the toilet, Dr. I was examined by the gentleman. A few of the other doctors before him recommended botox and a few suggested Anoplasty Flap surgery. The doctor who recommended flap surgery said that I can't guarantee that different complications may develop after treatment. Mr. Bulent, on the other hand, said that Anoplasty Flap surgery is an aggressive intervention and for me it will be a method that slightly exceeds its purpose, and it is not reasonable to say that there may not be a guaranteed solution after such a treatment. For me, he met with his own team and as a result, he recommended a toxin injection to remove the Bot, i.e. Botox. On March 14, 2025, botox was applied from the direction of 3-6-9 breech area in his clinic and he said that the effect of botox would start after a week and the positive effect would be seen after 3 weeks. He prescribed medication and suggested a hot water bath. Everything is very nice so far. However, I experienced difficulty ejaculating in my first toilet and fainting after ejaculation due to straining. Swelling, hemeroid developments and bleeding started in my breech area. I explained the situation to his secretary, and in the evening he made me see the doctor and said that everything was normal except fainting, and that it would pass after a while. However, although 3 weeks have passed, nothing has changed except that the bleeding has stopped and the severity of my pain has increased even more. On April 04, 2025, I couldn't stand it and called and told about my situation. During his examination that day, he said that the hemeroids had developed, that he would pass me to continue hot water, that my painful condition and what I had experienced was a situation that had not been encountered before. I have been applying the recommendation and prescription for 20 days and there is nothing changing, even my condition is getting worse, when medicine said it was over for me, I couldn't answer, and suddenly his attitude changed and he left the room, ending the interview and went to the rest room. My wife and I looked at each other's faces and left the room. Although my pain continues to be severe at the moment, unfortunately there is no return or any approach shown regarding my condition. However, it is the most important responsibility of the doctor to monitor the patient's condition after the treatment he has applied. I explained the treatment process I had with him completely and without comment. My only comment is this. Yes, there is a complex case for a long period of 30 years, and an extremely confident doctor, I don't mean when the treatment does not give results, when it fails, his reaction when the desired result is not achieved is incredibly arrogant and unethical at all. My thoughts about him until this last examination were that he was an extremely gentleman, polite, knowledgeable and elegant, like you, unfortunately, he surprised me a lot.
