Please pay attention. Avoid this "good" store if you don't want to spoil your mood. Polite sellers are NOT ABOUT THEM! Today we went to this store with a package containing 0.5 liters of tap water in a Bonaqua bottle. We were the only customers in the store. One of the saleswomen in the hall (if you can call it a hall) did not take her eyes off us until the very end. When they came to the cashier, they attacked us with claims so that we took the water out of the bag and paid for it, or provided a receipt. Sorry, but our crane does not issue checks! Our answer was to have the cameras in this 2 by 2 meter diner! With all this, the saleswomen did not even take into account that 0.5 Bonaqua was NOT for SALE in their "big" store at that moment! They didn't want to let us out of the store until the cameras looked at us. We warned them that we would write a complaint, to which they replied that they would write back to us. That's how you go into a store as a decent person, and you come out as a thief and a criminal! It's funny! HAVING GIVEN 35 RUBLES AT THE CHECKOUT, BELIEVE ME, 1 RUBLE FOR WATER - WE WOULD HAVE FOUND IT! Ruined the mood for the whole day. Now we will avoid this store until the staff learns to treat people kinder. (And I'm still silent about the fact that there may occasionally be spoiled products in the refrigerators, I personally bought spoiled crab sticks from them the other day, which went into the trash) The store does not even deserve 1 star!
