Unfortunately, I believed the advertisement and hoped that I had found a specialist who could solve my problem. However, I made a mistake by placing my hopes in this clinic.
They refuse help and advice if you have previously applied to another medical institution, even if minimal procedures have been performed there. You will be constantly reminded of this fact, substituting concepts and stating that they "do not comment on the work of other specialists" (although no one asked them to do so). Assessing the situation, making recommendations, or simply advising is not their approach.
If you are not their client (a "client", not a patient), they have no interest in helping without the opportunity to make money from you. If you have an urgent problem related to the work of another specialist, do not waste time at this clinic.
On the plus side: they respond promptly and politely, thanks for that.
Conclusion: They are focused solely on financial gain, and not on helping patients. I do not recommend contacting those who are looking for professional support without prior conditions.
