We bought Tourne beer in the store, it turned out to be sour and with some kind of mucus, the next day, when we came to the store, they returned the money, while saying that they were not to blame, the girl was a seller, it was also rude, and it was your own fault that you bought it and call the director yourself, it does not concern her at all. To the demand of the complaint book, in the beginning there was an answer "I will not give it", and then it did not turn out to be at the point of sale at all. Wait a few days for it to arrive. At the same time, the same beer was already taken somehow and the same situation was. We did not want to solve the issue normally, so we will solve it differently.
