The worst delivery and service I've ever seen. I made an order for 2 compositions on March 5 via Instagram, we agreed on delivery from 8-11 a.m., the cost was 240 rubles. On March 8, my mother did not receive the flowers, after 15 we went to their salon to sort it out, wrote a refund application. On March 28, there is no money on the calendar, the lady continues to feed breakfast, her mother is sick, or she paid taxes with other people's money. On Monday, we will deliver complaints to all possible authorities, the IMNS, the Department of Commerce, and the Department for Consumer Protection, as we no longer have the strength to communicate.
They ruined the party! We ordered flowers for 300+ rubles, we agreed on the delivery time! We chose the interval from 11-13! One bouquet was delivered at 14.10, the other two did not arrive until 16.00! Then why are you asking for time??? No one warned that the delivery was delayed. I had to go to the store and figure it out! In fact, they returned the money, refused to provide the complaint book! They have paid delivery only for the courier, they do not give a guarantee for the delivery time! I don't recommend it to anyone
