I came across this place recently and am very pleased. I have a problem with my spine and after viewing my MRI scans, I was prescribed exercises to strengthen my back muscles. I'm happy with everything so far, Coach Evgeny is just super. Makes me turn on those muscles that I didn't even know existed 😅 Let's see how my recovery goes!
