The visit to the restaurant on March 5 did not end very well. The staff gave my expensive premium brand baseball cap to one of the guests of the establishment. A manager named Adele is aware of the whole situation, promised to return it, and even call me back, he has my phone. I waited for two hours that day, but to no avail. A week has passed, but no one has called me back. The other day I came to the institution again, left my number to another of the managers who witnessed the incident once again, he remembered about it, also promised to settle everything or call back during the day, but there is no answer. It is clear that the thing costs money, and no one wants to admit their guilt, but it is also unacceptable for the staff to behave in this way. I have repeatedly been a guest of the Pro Khinkali network in Moscow and Sochi, and I am surprised by this attitude in Tashkent. According to the visit as a whole. The work of the waiters raises a lot of questions, they are very young, completely inexperienced and do not know how to work. No one specified the order of serving dishes, there was confusion in the order, the hot dish was brought with a long delay, the plates were not cleaned on time. No one asked about their impressions of the food, they silently took the change for themselves. In general, it seemed that the restaurant was in complete chaos, everything was going awry, and indifferent young people were busy exclusively with their gossip and solving personal issues. It would be nice if someone told them about the customer service, what standards of guest service exist, etc., so far they can hardly only bring plates from the kitchen. The food is normal, but without the wow effect, sometimes with joints. The impressions from several visits were not very good - a lot of personal time was spent, but no one is going to return the loss, it's a shame.

This also applies to other menu items, All this is far from Georgian cuisine and is a fitting for an average digestible dish without any features and taste, smooth and bland, lactose-free supermarket milk or pseudo fitness cereal from a bag. To begin with, visit an ordinary Georgian eatery several times, you can eat most of the main dishes at home without disdaining, no one will waste you there and then go and judge)

There are always a lot of people in it, people book tables, and it's hard to find them in the evening. Friends often gather here to celebrate birthdays. But for the service, gentlemen, 3 points with a minus, let's start with the fact that before letting us into the parking lot, the parking attendant asked us if we were ready to pay an incredible 20 thousand sums for parking. Then they put us almost near the exit, although there were plenty of free tables. Well, the "cherry on the cake" waiter forgot one of our dishes, but we tactfully did not remind him about it.
In general, all together a solid 4, only a block named Novikov, and so there is something to work on, gentlemen!

Our acquaintance began by chance, we did not get into one famous restaurant and just looked at something on Yandex according to ratings. And this is the case when I was looking for one, but I got much better! Thanks to Alexandra for booking, despite Sunday evening we found a table and we managed to catch the evening 19 o'clock pilaf. Then only admiration: the best pilaf in the city at the end of our trip! Wonderful and original mini samsa and kebabs melting in your mouth. It's a pity that we couldn't try the whole menu, we'll leave it for next time.
Special thanks to our waiter (sorry, I don't remember the name). We ran out of cash and he helped us to make a test transaction with a European card before ordering. By the way, the blonde hostess forgot about our request to do a test before ordering, but these are absolutely trifles, the waiter is a professional and has sorted everything out. Thanks to the nice cashier and the whole team in general. You made us a great evening! See you soon!
