I would like to express my gratitude to the coaches for such an attentive attitude, for a positive mood and a good selection of exercises at each training session. The hall is large and not stuffy, the inventory is in good condition and there is enough for everyone. The locker room is large and there are enough lockers for everyone, it also has a toilet and a shower. I've been walking since March. I started with a subscription for 8 classes, now I have a 4th subscription for 12. The result is amazing, the body is tightened, the muscles gain relief, the back has become much lighter and overall a feeling of greater mobility and lightness.
The subscription goes to absolutely any direction and time of classes and it is SUPER convenient! If you want to go to stretching, and then to strength training and then to Pilates, you're welcome.
In general, thank you very much for being there! I am happy to go and advise everyone.
A wonderful studio! All coaches are professionals in their field. Exercises change every time during training, there is always something new) Special thanks to Marina and Inga for their creative approach in each training session and attentive attitude to everyone. I always "fly" to classes with pleasure, but I leave in an upbeat and cheerful mood))
I was unhappy with going to the studio. I went for the first time. I chose morning yoga. I called the day before to make an appointment. (!) The administrator independently clarified whether I had been in this studio before. I said I was going to come for the first time.
Upon arrival at the studio, I was greeted by an open hall, not by the administrator. It was lucky that there was already a female visitor in the hall. She showed me where the locker room was and warned me that the administrator was coming to the end of class. In that case, it was worth mentioning this when I called the studio, and minimally instruct the new visitor.
To get from the locker room and the gym, you need to go through the common corridor. I was not warned that I need to bring sneakers /sneakers to get to the gym. Yoga does not imply the presence of shoes. I had to walk down the hall in my socks.
The adventures in the studio did not end there.
Before going to class, I got acquainted with the cost on Instagram of the fitness studio. It is written in black and white: trial - 10 rubles; one-time - 18 rubles; yoga - 25 rubles. I went to the studio for the first time and counted on the cost of 10 rubles, as stated. It turned out on the spot that the trial yoga classes did not apply, and I had to pay 25 rubles.
All the troubles could have been avoided if I had been properly advised by the studio administrator.
Unfortunately, there is no desire to return to this fitness studio.
