I ordered a bouquet for my mom, we discussed the details in the messenger. I chose a summer composition (photo from their website), in which they agreed to replace the bells and delphinium, since they were not available.
The order was made with a full prepayment, as the flowers were bought to order. On the day of delivery, photos of the bouquet were not sent to me for approval, because "we did not have time, the courier was late." The reality did not match the expectation at all. They sent a round, absolutely not airy composition with bald spots, in which poor Matiolla was drowned, although the shape of the inflorescence is similar to a delphinium, there was no static in the bouquet.
I am attaching a photo.
To solve the problem, the store offered me a 15% discount on my next order. The refund was refused.
I also want to note that the cost of bouquets that the store broadcasts on social networks is outdated, and most likely you will receive a large one when ordering.

A huge disappointment from this service. First of all, when placing an order, it turns out that the price differs from the offer on the website. It's annoying, but I agree. There was no photo report or SMS notification. But the saddest thing is that the date was wrong! and the birthday flowers were unexpectedly delivered the day before. Delivery "accidentally" turned out to be more expensive than on the website. As an apology, we offered a 15% discount on a new order + compensation for delivery. Since there is a discount, I thought to order a second bouquet on my birthday. And again there were price discrepancies. There was no further desire to encourage pettiness and greed.

I made an order at this place for the third time, and for the third time we could not deliver normally and on time.
On 01/16/2024, I made an order for a bouquet on 19.01 at 12:00, but the bouquet was delivered at 18:10. According to the administrator, the courier arrived at the address, but the phone call was not answered and he returned the bouquet to the store. Although the address, how to get to the house, apartment number, floor were transferred to the delivery. The house is old, which does not even have an intercom, there is no problem to get up and hand over a bouquet. The administrator demanded payment for repeated delivery.
Visually, the bouquet itself looks smaller than stated by the store, photos are attached.
The surprise is ruined once again.
I highly recommend not using delivery from this store.
