Excellent shopping center next to the Tourist Hotel. On the 3rd floor there is an excellent food court for different tastes and budgets. I liked the dining room with reasonable prices and a wide range of products. We were pleased with the clean bathrooms. The retail locations are not all occupied yet, but it's only a matter of time. In the basement there is a food HIPPO with good cooking for business travelers.

Several slides, mazes, a trampoline area, and climbing walls. But the youngest, who is 3 years old, is not very interesting there. The best children's center in Minsk at the moment.
The children will not be kicked out until closing time, in general it is very good.
Wishes of the administration:
- Make a wifi connection, because there is no 4g at all and it is not very convenient to expect children.
-Not all attractions work, I understand that there are not enough staff, but in general not very much.
-the place is super popular, be prepared for queues at the entrance, because the place is crowded, but this is also a plus, you can't have more than a certain number of children, well done!
-expand the menu in the restaurant, add ice cream, sea buckthorn tea at least
- water was spilled in the toilet, and since the area is barefoot, until the children wiped the floor with socks, no one was in a hurry to clean up

I like Galamart on the 1st floor.

There is only one big disadvantage of the entire shopping center - the lack of Internet. It doesn't catch anywhere! It's really bad.😭

If exceeded, new visitors are not allowed.

We were there for the first time. Everything went great. I really liked the fact that adults with children are allowed in the play area and there is no need to pay for it. We are also pleased with the benefits for all categories of citizens. The maximum we stayed there was 3.5 hours. I just didn't have the strength for more. There are trampoline, climbing, kid's and main areas. The children were just delighted!

We were with the children in the park. We were mega satisfied, the entrance with a child is 60 rubles. A lot of small town and active post is super. I was disappointed to visit a burger joint on the same floor. It's just a kind of horror. We waited for the order for more than an hour, we almost missed the train. And as a result, everything was mixed up in the order and they didn't put any sauces on the potatoes, they didn't check right away, because they were in a hurry to catch the train. I am disappointed with the trip to the shopping center. It seems to me that he is not ready to open yet. I'll describe below what I didn't like.
1. There are no signs in the parking lot at all, how to get to the trading floor. People wander around the parking lot and ask each other how to get to the shopping center. A sign indicating the way to the sales area should be visible from any parking place.
2. A1 mobile communication practically does not work in the shopping center. The phone shows one wand. The administration should contact all mobile operators and arrange internal coverage of the shopping center with mobile communications. Because of this problem, I lost a lot of time in the Detmir store, because for them to buy, you need to show a QR code from an application that did not load due to lack of mobile communication.
3. Navigation is also bad in the shopping center itself. Being on the floor with Hippo, I did not find any signs at all, how to get to the toilet and parking. This information should be visible anywhere in the shopping center.
4. There is no information on the shopping center's website about parking. How do I get in? Is it paid or free? Moreover, in the shopping center itself there are devices for paying for parking, they are included, but so far parking is free. This is misleading. Why couldn't you make a Parking section on the site and write that it's free for now? The parking payment machine had to be turned off altogether, or at least hang an A4 sheet on it with the inscription that it is free for now.
I am very surprised that a company that owns a bunch of shopping malls has made so many mistakes. It's like this is the first shopping mall they've built. It is not enough to build a concrete box and make repairs in it. You should think about how people will see your shopping center.
In general, the shopping center looks good. The food court is so inviting.
I hope these errors will be fixed as soon as possible and the next trip to this shopping center will not be so annoying.

This is the worst shopping center that opened in Minsk. Not knowing the trick, I drove there by car and walked 10,000 steps trying to get back to her.
1. I drove to the second floor. From it only by elevator (then we found out about the ramp that is camouflaged along the wall) We went up to the 3rd and 4th floor, there were people standing there and wanted to get into the shopping center, since they did not find the entrance. We went to the 1st floor, through the parking lot of the first floor we got to the shopping center. HOORAY.
2. The people are dark, the elevator and escalator are working, the doors to the stairs are locked (if there is a fire, there will be sadness).
3. From the second floor of the shopping center, you can get to the 3rd floor of the parking lot. 3 Karl. The door to the stairs was opened, but after going down to the next door they could not open it. We returned to the 2nd floor of the shopping center.
4. Go back through the parking lot of the first floor and the elevator did not work. The elevator broke down and it was decided to go to the second floor where the cars come in. But they found a ladder. There are no signs that she is there. It's brilliant.
While we were traveling through the "masterpiece of world architecture", we met many other players who were looking for their cars in the parking lot.

Why are there so many shops with cosmetics, they take up extra space. The Galamart store is a solid maze, so they would like an extra area.
