So far, most of the shops are closed. The food court is small, but there is a choice of pasta, burger king, Vietnamese food and poke, in the process of opening kfs. An amusement park with huge queues, we did not get there because time was running out, but we were allowed in according to the system: one goes out and the other comes in because of the large number of people. The cinema is also closed. So far, a lot has been closed and it is not clear what will come of it. We plan to visit again and still get to the amusement park for which we came there.
From the second time, I really liked it.
Prisma Park I advise everyone to have a very large location, slides, a climbing wall, trampolines, a cafe. It is said for every color and taste. The park has 5 points and there is a room for a mother and child inside. I advise you to go to 12 there is no queue at all. After 13, it's already crowded.
This assessment is due to the administration of the shopping center. The toilet for a mother with a newborn baby is closed. Next to the phone number of the administration, logically, so that someone would come up and open it. Beautiful interior. Three levels and a basement with a Hippo hypermarket and other shops.

I recently visited a new shopping mall that recently opened. On the one hand, this place promises to become convenient and attractive for the residents of the area, but on the other, it still leaves a feeling of emptiness and incompleteness. There is also a Druzhka cosmetics store, which attracts customers with its wide range and affordable prices. Galamart offers a variety of inexpensive products for everyday use, while Megatop is a place to buy shoes at an affordable price. Special attention should be paid to Detmir, an excellent store for parents who are looking for everything they need for their children. The range is impressive, there is everything from toys to clothes. We were also pleased with the jewelry stores that offer beautiful jewelry both for every day and for special occasions. But I would like to note that despite the variety of shops, there are many empty squares in the mall. This creates the feeling that the shopping center has not yet come to life, and there is not enough atmosphere. Perhaps, over time, new tenants will enter these empty premises, and the situation will change, but so far the anticipation has not been fulfilled. The cinema has become a pleasant find; I think local film fans will be glad that they now have the opportunity to watch movies right in their neighborhood. It looks modern, and hopefully offers an interesting program. The food court is also worthy of special mention. This is a great option to have a snack after shopping or before going to the cinema. Overall, the mall has great potential and offers many shopping and leisure opportunities, but so far its atmosphere is far from ideal. Hopefully, over time, it will fill up with new shops and become a more lively and attractive place to visit.

In general, it immediately catches the eye that the building is located on a hill and can be seen from both sides relative to the main avenue road. The big screen already seems to attract you to look in or at least pay attention to this shopping center.
In terms of the number of stores with various goods, there is a huge plus, because as practice shows, most shopping centers open with two or three stores, usually one grocery store , a pharmacy and another point and that's it. Thus, the consumer, having entered for the first time, feels a sense of inferiority of the structure itself and is no longer so drawn to return again.
Transport is within walking distance, like buses, tram, metro, you can get from any part of the city almost :)
Regarding advertising, of course, I agree with others here, casinos could be used less in advertising or at a time when it is no longer relevant for teenage children, after 22:00.
The shopping center itself is spacious, good sanitary facilities, the lighting is peculiar, but it can be improved. The lights are not quite clearly set in some places.
I think this area needed such a shopping center in this format due to the fact that the nearby department store Belarus has not exported for a long time, both in terms of assortment and quality of goods.

I liked this shopping center for its compactness, convenient location and multi-storey Parking. I don't go shopping - I don't follow fashion. But I like to take my daughter to the food court after her workout is over. Unlike Momo, there are a lot of empty seats and a more relaxed atmosphere. And most importantly, a burger with unlimited drinks.

There's nowhere to sit. There is only a bakery "Buns" at the entrance, one bench at the stairs at the back and several benches outside. Yes, there is a food court, but when you, first, tired, went inside to wait for a person so as not to freeze outside, and, second, a person with health problems, which makes it difficult to climb to the third floor (even though there are escalators), it is really inconvenient. And even if you don't take this into account, I know a lot of people who need to take a break from a short walk, because they get sick, so they don't even want to go shopping in this store, because there's nowhere to sit down.

We were on the top floor. The children liked the park in principle, but the organization leaves much to be desired for adults. The food court is not very well organized. Messages about the order's readiness are the best thing here, otherwise it's sad. The menu is limited, it is difficult to communicate with foreign-speaking staff. I have not noticed similar problems in other shopping malls with the same characteristics.
further, I do not understand why there is no floor with parking facing the food court. that is, you arrive at the top floor, enter the shopping center, and again take the escalator to go up to the floor above.
if you are on the lowest level, it is also unclear why you need to walk through the entire shopping center to reach the elevators that will take you up, why not make them right at the entrance?
in general, at first I was very glad that there would finally be a shopping center next to home, but now I don't want to go there because everything is inconvenient.

We celebrated the child 's birthday at the game center. We went especially for the opening. Usually there are fewer people in the morning for the opening. Well , that was not the case . Firstly, everything is not organized from the word at all. There are five cashiers sitting. Of these five, only one serves. The rest of you, sorry for being blunt, haven't woken up yet. Space prices . There is one thing on the site, in fact another. The girls at the checkout are not friendly , the service is lame on two legs . We didn't like the cafe in the interior of the center either. We did not wait for the waiter. The pizza is delicious. But again, the service is terrible. To such an extent, everything is not organized, which is just terrible. An hour later , there were so many people that it was already hard to breathe . I'm afraid for the children. You can 't leave some in this meat grinder . The workers who keep order are angry and rude . Such staff should not work with children. The administration pays attention to the work of the center. Don't run so many people at the same time. Make some kind of restriction so that the client is satisfied. Some disadvantages. We won't go there anymore. This is unequivocal.

For such a cost of entering the game room + an absolutely unnecessary, mandatory purchase, club card for 5 rubles, you can be more responsive to the request of visitors. The child forgot a handbag with a phone inside at the place where the children take off their shoes. We noticed the loss when we had already gone far away. That's where the club card came in handy, the phone is written on it. I called there, explained EXACTLY where the bag was, what it looked like and what was in it. She asked me to pick her up at the reception so that no one would take her away accidentally or intentionally. The receptionist said that she would give the request immediately and they would find her. An hour later, I called this number again and asked if the bag was found on the spot. But I was told that the message was passed and there are a lot of people there, most likely they haven't even searched for the bag yet. And this is your thing that you didn't keep track of. Tell me, please, is this a normal attitude towards visitors to the game room?! Is it a problem to go five meters into the game room and pick up a forgotten item exactly in the place where the visitor described it to you?? I would understand if I said that the bag is somewhere out there, I don't know where, look for it. But I've described exactly where she is. It took 30 seconds to find her from the person who went after her!!! And all the staff to whom he addressed the question - "did they find the bag?"- this is the first time I've heard about a bag that needed to be found. Not only does the entrance to the game room cost a lot, but even when faced with such outright indifference to your question, I would like to say that this approach to business has no place in our country!!! An unpleasant impression of the whole situation. Don't set foot there anymore.

It hurts to look at the signs for cars in Partizansky and how cars come to a dead end. The center has been opened, it's been working for 10 days and you can't stop by from Partizansky. Why? Well, it's terrible that the exit to Partizansky in the direction of Vaneev was removed from Dolgobrodskaya from the center, as well as from partizansky check-in to the Tourist hotel and further to Serebryanka.
The logic is clear - the center wants traffic for itself, but to open into the corridor of eclipses ... not a prophet, I wish prosperity, but ... let's see) time will tell.
So far I see that the hippo is empty and the cars can't get to the working center because someone forgot to remove the fence.

Hippo in the Prisma shopping center - on 3-. On the first day of opening, I bought an already sour salad. There is no bread at 18-00 anymore, there are no chicken semi-finished products. They say everything has been sorted out. I went 2 times - and 2 times - the same thing. And I was so expecting that there would be a Hippo near the house, and there would be no need to go anywhere for groceries.
