I don't understand why it's worth 5 stars. Let's start with the basics: air conditioning and toilets. Well, it's just impossible for the entire shopping center to have a toilet only on the second and third floors??? And you also have to complete the quest to find these unfortunate 4 cabins. I just don't say anything about the smell in the toilets (this is probably related to the same problem with air conditioners). There seems to be a variety of stores, but still something is missing. I would also like to have some small, cozy, unpretentious cafe there, otherwise sometimes the toad suffocates to go to the over-baked Buns and Lavazzo. The only thing that pleases is the presence of a decent cinema and, probably, a children's park. Some events and special areas for the holidays are also good.

It's free for the first 3 hours, which is very good, and after that it's only 1 rub/hour. It would be nice to make payment via ERIP also available, as in Arena City, especially if parking is in demand during matches at a nearby stadium. Convenient entry and exit. Nevertheless, I would like to "regulate" the priority signs/ markings for everyone, at least the entrances from the floors to the serpentine and the exits from them. And one more thing: on the 3rd level of the parking lot, parking spaces are located right at the exit of the shopping center - you have to make your way between cars to get to your own.

There is also a Druzhka cosmetics store, which attracts customers with its wide range and affordable prices. Galamart offers a variety of inexpensive products for everyday use, while Megatop is a place to buy shoes at an affordable price. Special attention should be paid to Detmir, an excellent store for parents who are looking for everything they need for their children. The range is impressive, there is everything from toys to clothes. We were also pleased with the jewelry stores that offer beautiful jewelry both for every day and for special occasions. But I would like to note that despite the variety of shops, there are many empty squares in the mall. This creates the feeling that the shopping center has not yet come to life, and there is not enough atmosphere. Perhaps, over time, new tenants will enter these empty premises, and the situation will change, but so far the anticipation has not been fulfilled. The cinema has become a pleasant find; I think local film fans will be glad that they now have the opportunity to watch movies right in their neighborhood. It looks modern, and hopefully offers an interesting program. The food court is also worthy of special mention. This is a great option to have a snack after shopping or before going to the cinema. Overall, the mall has great potential and offers many shopping and leisure opportunities, but so far its atmosphere is far from ideal. Hopefully, over time, it will fill up with new shops and become a more lively and attractive place to visit.

It is better to go on a weekday. There are fewer children in the morning and evening. As for the cafe on the territory of the entertainment center: the waiters are pleasant and fast. Next to the phone number of the administration, logically, so that someone would come up and open it. When asked to open it, I received an answer: "There is a toilet for the disabled, it is big, solve the problem there! " On a repeated request with the condition that I need to change the baby's clothes and need a changing table, I heard: "You don't need an airport here! We stopped by the Prizma children's entertainment center to see what the entrance fee is 55 rubles on weekdays and 75 rubles on weekends, and immediately noticed rudeness and accusation from an employee who "monitors" a certain entertainment area (you can't go there, you can't do that). There are a lot of children, even on a weekday, you can't get through to move out on a cheesecake, you have to stand in line and roll a maximum of 2 times, then the showdown with the employee begins, that the child often rides. Children under 5 years old are not allowed anywhere else except to roll in balloons and climb through the maze. The entrance fee did not meet the expected impressions and admiration. 2 hours was enough for us. I've been watching the Prizma page on Instagram for a long time, and as they say, reality and expectation don't justify themselves. And on a pleasant note, I would like to note and say, thank you, to the girls at the entrance and at the reception: they were sweet, smiling, pleasant in communication, they told and explained everything!

It's not clear … If you mean "looking through the prism of something new," then fine.. but still there are questions) In general, it immediately catches the eye that the building is located on a hill and can be seen from both sides relative to the main avenue road. The big screen already seems to attract you to look in or at least pay attention to this shopping center. In terms of the number of stores with various goods, there is a huge plus, because as practice shows, most shopping centers open with two or three stores, usually one grocery store , a pharmacy and another point and that's it. Thus, the consumer, having entered for the first time, feels a sense of inferiority of the structure itself and is no longer so drawn to return again. Transport is within walking distance, like buses, tram, metro, you can get from any part of the city almost :) Regarding advertising, of course, I agree with others here, casinos could be used less in advertising or at a time when it is no longer relevant for teenage children, after 22:00. The shopping center itself is spacious, good sanitary facilities, the lighting is peculiar, but it can be improved. The lights are not quite clearly set in some places. I think this area needed such a shopping center in this format due to the fact that the nearby department store Belarus has not exported for a long time, both in terms of assortment and quality of goods.
