There is one branch for the whole city. At the time of payment for communal services, an unrealistic number of people are crammed into this small room. You have to stand in line at the checkout for 2 hours. There is no place to sit down. The air conditioner didn't work in the summer (maybe it wasn't there at all), while they were standing in line with their daughter, she almost fainted.
