I am not satisfied with the overall work of Privat Bank. If you are not a bank customer, then 95% of you will not be served, only self-service terminals remain. There is little space, often a large crowd of people. Privat employees trade customer databases, spam often comes with "shares" from the bank from unreliable phones, the security service does not respond, moreover, after a call to the security service, the flow of spam to the phone increased significantly... I don't recommend it to anyone.
