The camp sites are in a deplorable state, not refined, the toilets are terrible, there is no sense of a master's hand

Kapets is a garbage dump, toilets just need to be closed or burned, it stinks so it's not real to sit in the gazebo, dust, a stinky river that is not realistic to approach.
