After making an order, they brought dry shish kebab and bitter onion, the seasoning was not tasty. After a while, they brought an account with the amount of 14,000 tenge on it. I paid with a card and entrusted it to the waiter. After a while, I noticed that another amount was withdrawn from the card from the main one and 1560 tenge. At the same time, at the beginning, the waiter did not warn about the additional fee of 12%, which is not legal. I ask the administration of this institution to pay attention to this fact about the further non-repetition of this situation. When ordering in these establishments, pay attention to the amount that the waiter brings. Be vigilant. And one more thing, when paying the bill, the waiter did not issue a cash receipt and after a while, at my request, they gave me a receipt. Although they are obliged to issue a cash receipt at the place of payment without prior notification.
