It's hard to call this a hotel. Any options for money. Food stamps, which are included in the price, can only be spent on chocolates, at an inflated price, because of the food-only what is left from the restaurant from the previous day. There is nothing fresh except fried eggs in the morning and boiled sausages.
Middle-class rooms are a laugh in general. 2.5 by 2.5 and a toilet. A small bed, always noisy like a Boeing, a refrigerator that barely cools.
A fan, for the money 1.5rubles a day. . There is no armchair or other interior item. A chair, a table, a meter-long bed.
Two miserable towels that you can hardly wipe yourself with. They are changed once every 4 days. Four!
There is no water cooler on the floors.
In the rooms facing the roadway, you can constantly hear roaring motorcycles, buses and cars that are going up or drunk people downstairs screaming half the night. I don't recommend it. For this money, 46 rubles per day, in regional cities, you get a room many times more, all amenities, room repairs, a large bed, 3 towels every day and a bedside table, an armchair or sofa, and so on. For attention - 35-37 rubles.
Right there, in the ass of the world, there is a hotel, it costs more than any other state-owned hotel, the service is zero.

If you come from Russia, it will seem to you that you have entered the Soviet Union. Time somehow stopped here 20 years ago. In the spring, the heating is turned off very early, the reception, the restaurant is cold, it's terribly uncomfortable, thank God, even though the batteries were still heated in the rooms. The restaurant is so-so, which is not surprising if there are no people. In general, of course you can live, if not for long)) The breakfasts are quite okay. There are no photos inside, but the view from the windows is perhaps a hundred.
