It is not clear at all why this branch exists if it does not have cash desks / currency exchange. A currency ATM may not have the right currency or the right denomination (at best, there are 100€\100$ bills)
The most disgusting private bank in the country: there are several branches where you can withdraw currency from a card / exchange currency in Minsk, there is either no money in the existing ones, or queues of 30+ minutes. Employees do not know information beyond their department, and the same is true in the application. Every time you have to go around 2-3 branches to withdraw some ridiculous amounts from their card.
When I came to this branch, I wanted to stop being a customer of this bank. Why do you need this branch if there is no currency exchange?! Does the information center accept bills of a maximum of $50? Well, explain to me why, being a bank customer, I have to go somewhere unknown, change money there and go back to the branch to put this money on the card ... nonsense
While in Minsk, I withdrew 500 dollars from an ATM on Sunday. 3 banknotes turned out to be stained. Remembering that not every bank accepts such currency these days, I asked the student's son to put these 300 units on the card on Monday. Only at first it turned out that the branch was not working due to the illness of the staff, and three days later it turned out that such operations were not carried out here. And now what to do with these second-rate greens?
