They have respect for loans, but then there are nuances with their repayment, this is when you say which account to put the money into, and when you make mistakes in favor of the bank, the operators make mistakes, but as for the service, it's no worse than the rest!
The service is terrible. We ordered a salary card. Moreover, there is no delivery outside the city by mail. The bank also works until 18:00, and past that at 17:45 they already refuse to serve customers, if a person has a work schedule until 17:00 and he did not arrive before 17:45, then they will refuse to serve you. And the question is, how do I get the card? That is, I have to take time off from work and lose my money to get into the bank! Wonderful! Extend the bank's opening hours by at least an hour.
Probably the most inconvenient bank I've ever encountered. I have to use it only because I get paid through it.
