Great hotel! The rooms are large and, most importantly, perfectly clean. Hot water, towels, smart TV, fast wi-fi, kettle/hairdryer/refrigerator in the room, coffee machine at the reception (500 t cup), attentive staff, the price of a one-room room is 12 thousand tenge. It is possible with animals (we were with a medium-breed dog). It is convenient that there is a cozy courtyard and Parking. Check-out before 11, check-in after 12 o'clock. Right next door: a good grocery store and pizza/burgers/doners at reasonable prices. Across the street there is a beautiful park, a water vending machine and two cafes (until 23 o'clock). The rooms here are flying like hot cakes, I definitely recommend it!

A good hotel, cool staff, and the hostess is friendly.., always goes to a meeting and even gave us a discount as regular customers… The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh, the sheets are crisp, you can see they are trying - well done!!!!! We always try to stop by for the night on the highway..... In summer, during the bathing season, we stay for a few days.... Well done trying… Good luck to them and to all of you

We have been at the hotel since April 20, 2023. We are from Yekaterinburg. I really liked it. A good place, the exterior design is original. Everything is very beautiful and comfortable inside, the beds are forged, the bed linen is snow-white, there is a TV, a kettle and a set of necessary utensils. The room has a bathroom, hairdryer, disposable slippers. There is a communal dining room. We really liked the service staff, responsive, pleasant people. The hostess of the hotel, Irina Alekseevna, made our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for the human, kind attitude and beauty!!!!!

I would not like to give a low rating, but objectively it is more like a 3 plus. Such a positive three. We found ourselves in the city by accident, out of season, without Internet. For a long time they could not enter Priozersk, and when they got into it, the city looked like an abandoned one. It feels sooo strange. It turned out that there were some difficulties with the address of the hotel, there was one address on the Internet, in fact, another. Both times we came across adequate, friendly administrators. There is not much choice of hotels in the city. There was nothing to choose from and I didn't want to overpay.
Positive:
Heat
There is hot water
There is a toilet
The bed is passable
Kettle and refrigerator
Parking in front of the windows
Minuses:
Lack of water coolers and drinking water
Lack of breakfast
The decor is like in a brothel: tear out the eye
The roof is noisy in strong winds
For unassuming tourists with their own provisions, the option of a forced overnight stay will do.

It's fine, but a very old hotel, there is a beach nearby in 10 minutes. Cafes and shops are nearby. We were allowed to have a dog and we are very grateful. I hope they will make repairs and change the interior and bedding to new ones))and they will add the zavtrki.

We were passing from Uzbekistan to Tyumen, we found this hotel. We stopped by at 2 a.m., left at 8 a.m. The room was the simplest, three-bed, without amenities. It cost 10 thousand tenge. The mattress is good, not sagging, which is very important to just get enough sleep. It's all clear. The receptionist is cute.

An important point: the Prio hotel is on Kisunko Street, and Prio-2 is located on Dostyk Street, 6, from the traffic light the first entrance from the courtyard. I was passing through, stayed for one night. I booked "economy" by phone, before paying, the girl showed the number on the video. There is a TV, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, two beds and a table. Two more pairs of slippers, but both turned out to be too small for me) For the economy, there is a toilet and shower on the floor. In general, it's good, but I didn't want to touch the bathroom curtain in one of the showers) Even in the room, the sockets were hanging out a little, which turned off the TV. There is a large kitchen with a balcony on the floor. Total: pleasant staff, generally clean and cozy. It is quite possible to stay even with your family.

We spent the night here on April 25, 2023, 10th room on the 3rd floor. A converted old apartment of the Khrushchev type. Full immersion in the Soviet department. Everything in the room is as simple and vandal-proof as possible.
Of the advantages: budget-friendly, kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, kettle, electric stove, a simple set of dishes and even pots are available, if there are products you can cook.
Cons: a special "thank you" to the receptionist girl for giving me bed linen and towels in my hands, they say, put them on yourself. They were clean, everything was fine with that, but after a 12-hour journey, I wanted more than anything in my life to make up and make my bed. And I wish I hadn't seen your pillows without pillowcases, I didn't want to sleep on them after what I saw.
It was cold, the old air conditioner stubbornly refused to warm the air, the floor was cold (tile), there were no slippers, by morning the air conditioner turned off altogether, we were frozen, it was warmer outside in the morning than in the room.
The mattress on the bed is killer, and the sofa that the children got is even cooler, covered in bumps and dents. If you expect to get enough sleep, then do not hope.
I chose based on reviews and was so wrong. Either you write them yourself or we were unlucky with the number.

There are few alternatives when moving from Karaganda to Bishkek, the city was previously closed, the former base of Russia, as I understand it. Drive through the whole city. We were passing from Almaty to Astana, stopped for the night.
The staff is friendly, they showed the room remotely via WhatsApp and booked it without prepayment.
The rooms are very clean, all the linen is washed.
The only negative in the room was black mold, apparently from moisture in the bathroom and on the ceiling in the bedroom. I am allergic to it, I suffered for 2 days after one night.
