The convenient location, its own private beach, is quite good, but it won't be possible to sunbathe on the territory for very long since the house was built with the letter P. The cellular connection in our apartment was very bad! I'm already silent about the Internet, but here are questions for the landlord, who did not want to change it (the router) in 3 weeks. Would I go back there again? No!
