I handed over the printer for repair . They said how much it would cost to clean the print head for removing air in the system and for the paint 20 rubles. As a result, after 2 weeks, they gave away a printer that had not printed before, and now only 2 of the 6 paints are visible.. But they took 175 rubles for the work. I asked for what they answered for cleaning the printer from dirt (dirt and wool and diapers were overflowing too) and for cleaning the printhead and for the paint. But they did not clean the head, it turns out that they only washed the printer from dirt and took 155 rubles for the work, plus their paint is the most expensive, 20 rubles are cheaper in the technique of success, and in Minsk they generally sell for 13 rubles, it turns out that they only have 70% on paint. Do not contact them if you do not want to lose money for air. Now I'm going to write to them in the book of complaints and suggestions. And then to the State Control
Very serious questions are within the competence of cartridge refilling specialists. The toner tube was weighed before refilling and after, as well as after the machine printed the entire cartridge again. Information about the amount of toner to be filled was previously requested from the "specialist". As a result, by simple calculations, it was found that half as much toner was filled in. The device naturally did not print even an approximate number of copies from one filling station (taking into account the page filling). On the phone, when I asked why they didn't fill up the promised amount of toner, they tried to make an idiot of me and said that the device was to blame for everything. When I asked to be contacted by the head, the "specialist" pretended to be the director himself (which was not true, because he initially called himself by another name). In short, it's a mess, not a service. I highly recommend it.
