We have contacted Printers-support many times, and are generally very satisfied. The first time the price of toner was not the cheapest, but thanks for helping out late in the evening, the order was on fire. Upon subsequent request, a discount was made. We sent the stoves to them for repair several times - they were done quickly, and they sent them back to us on the same day. I really liked their efficiency.
