We are getting a haircut from Ekaterina, she has found an approach to our wayward girl, thank her very much for this. Because at the very beginning there was a direct problem, I did not want to stand on the haircut.
Yesterday, Ekaterina's colleague got a haircut, everything is fine too, but still Ekaterina is our favorite groomer)))))

We're not going anymore! And I don't recommend it to you! It took me a long time to choose a master, and only after getting a haircut do I find out that I'm paying for a completely different person's work. They forgot to cut the puppy's claws, forgot to file, forgot to put the puppy in his carriage, which was specially left so that he could lie down and rest. A very indifferent attitude, not on my conscience! Did not meet expectations! Despite the fact that it was well understood, there is no trust, and why, paying 120 rubles, you need to go to the doctor to get your claws cut, putting the animal under another stress and wasting your time on it.

We have York and a cat.
We have been driving York since 4 months - everything is super, the haircut is always perfect, the rhinestones in the ears last for several months. The staff is very pleasant, they always give recommendations on care, comment on the condition of teeth and ears.
The cat was taken 1 time for express molting, steadfastly withstood all 2.5 hours under the gentle hands of the master)
In general, I recommend it, here your pets will definitely be surrounded by care and will come out from the master handsome)

It is very sad to write this review, but we want to warn other owners of pomeranians so that they do not suffer the same fate. We took the dog to a groomer (we will not specify the name). The dog was combed out. A month later, they came again (to the same master). After that, the dog began to rapidly go bald. We didn't change the food, we didn't understand what was going on. The dog is bald now. It is impossible to look at her without tears (photo attached). We took the dog to the vet, paid a lot of money for the tests. It turned out that the dog has hair eaters (hair analysis showed). There was no contact with other dogs. Apparently, tools are not disinfected in this salon and our dog has been infected with parasites. It was after visiting this salon that such problems began.

They suggest combing out the cat, not cutting it. explaining this by the fact that his wool will deteriorate, etc., they promise that there will be no fluff at home and everything will be OK. We were just combed, bald patches were made, the apartment is still in wool, the cat is bad, because due to aggressive grooming, she has crusts and the cat is constantly itching. They charged me 65p, it would be better if I cut it, now the cat is suffering. It's not about money, it's about attitude, it should have confused me that there is not a single bad review. Maybe they do everything well for dogs, but it's better not to comb out cats for sure.
