The hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly. There are currency exchange points nearby (about 400-500 meters to the left when you exit the hotel).
The beach is also within walking distance. There are cafes and 7-Eleven stores nearby. Make sure to specify in advance that you care about the view from your window (there are two types of deluxe rooms, some of which have access to the pool with a beautiful view of the beach).
Great hotel. The rooms are spacious. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the only drawback is tea. Water is allocated 1 liter for two, so we immediately go to sevenleven. It is better to go left after leaving the hotel and buy a 6 liter bottle there. We stock up on sugar at breakfast. At first, you will get confused in the kurpuses, but there is a drawing in the elevators, after studying which everything is clear. There is a shuttle service to the beach every half hour, but I recommend that you remember its schedule well if you do not want to stomp on foot. I recommend taking a walk to compare katu. Especially if it's not the season and there are big waves.
Great place!
Not a big pool, but clean and comfortable. There is an observation deck just above, in the evening it is very beautiful there. The breakfasts are varied, everyone will find something to eat. Polite staff. No insects were seen in the room. They clean well, leave 20 baht for the girls when cleaning and the room will be perfectly cleaned))
You can stay here safely!
We had a rest in November 2024, we liked the hotel. No deposit is charged upon arrival, there are umbrellas, bathrobes, beach towels and even flip-flops in the room. The rooms are a little tired, but pretty decent, the main thing is that everything works - plumbing, light, and even the air conditioner cools the room in 2 minutes. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, upon returning from the beach you can immediately wash both)
We lived on the top floor of building B in the Seaview room, right above the main pool, the view is cool. Cleaning every day, good.
A pool with cool farsunks, sometimes you can indulge. On the 2nd day, they severely cut their leg on a chipped tile at the bottom of the pool, they were pleased with the attitude of the staff - at first they offered to take us to the hospital at their expense, but we refused and the girl from the reception room did a good job herself, they have a first-aid kit. Then they clarified where exactly we cut ourselves, and after a couple of days there was already a "patch" in this place (in the photo these are white and sand blotches). Of course, it's time to update the pool, but the water quality is monitored, it's nice to swim. Sun beds without mattresses, it is not very comfortable to lie down, and in the sun the metal black profiles on the sides get very hot. In the evenings, it's quite possible to hang out by the pool if you don't make too much noise.
The breakfasts are great, there was only cheese and yoghurts missing, but it's like this almost everywhere because of the expensive milk. There is always an egg and omelet station, salad bar, toast and baguette, butter, ham, sausages, fruits (watermelon, pineapple and alternated melon/dragonfruit), croissants, 2 jams, 2 types of cereals. Of the hot 6-7 options: rice with vegetables, egg noodles / carbonara, noodles with chicken / fish, mashed potatoes / potatoes with chicken, French fries / dumplings with chicken, tofu / curry/ spinach with cheese, as well as 3 types of soup. Tea, coffee, 4 types of juice. They always ate too much.
The beach is 1.2km away on foot, but every half hour from 8 to 17h there is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and back. He always goes to the beach clearly, but it is better to come for return flights 5-7 minutes in advance.
The nearest 7/11 is 400m from the hotel to the right, where the gas station is. After it there is another 200m and there will be a large souvenir shop with several rooms. Of the restaurants within a 700m radius, I liked Mama Jin (from the hotel to the right) and Tom yum cafe and Thai restaurant (from the hotel to the left).
I give a rating of 5 for the attitude of the staff to the guests, the amenities in the room and the transfer to the beach. Let's go back!
We liked the hotel! Clean, comfortable. The staff is polite, caring, like all Thais. The room is lovely with a balcony. Overlooking the pool and the sea. Cleaning every day. I really liked the bed linen. White , clean. Nice pillows and a blanket! The breakfasts are great! thank you very much! I will recommend it!
We visited this hotel in July 2024.
A good 4-star hotel!
Rooms: clean, spacious. There is a shower and a bathtub, towels, bathrobes, slippers and umbrellas + beach towels. Cleaning every day, they come around 9 a.m., if you are still sleeping at this time, it is better to hang up "do not disturb". They clean well) there is shampoo and shower gel + soap. But I took shampoo, balm + just take brushes and paste / buy on arrival. The split system works very well, it cools down in 5 minutes. There is a balcony where you can sit and hang things to dry. There is also water, but you can't throw away the bottles and take them away, they update them.
Pool: open until 20, it seems. The water is very clean, there is a small Jacuzzi, a bar where you can buy drinks, sun beds. The pool itself is quite large, shallow
Gym: a small gym with equipment that has already seen a lot, but is quite suitable for training. There are treadmills, air conditioning, shower in the hall, toilet
Breakfasts: it doesn't seem to make sense to take all inclusive in Tae. Breakfasts are quite monotonous: fried eggs, omelette, vegetables, fruits, bread, rice with chicken, rice with vegetables, soups - the main composition of breakfast, changes just a little, two or three dishes. But quite to themselves, they made themselves sandwiches and ate well.
Staff: very nice, kind and helpful people. You treat them with respect, they treat you with x2 respect. They are smiling, friendly and responsive. Our safe was locked by our mistake, the adjuster came very quickly, corrected everything, explained and ran away. They understand simple phrases in Russian, and in English too. But if anything, you can always explain through a translator what is wrong, since the level of English and Russian is about the same)
Beach: walk for 15 minutes at a pace, but every hour there is a shuttle service that takes you back, but late. Nearby Karon beach is a great beach, quiet and peaceful. The statue of the big Buddha is visible) On the way to the beach, you can buy fruits by asking to cut them) (if you take two mangoes and 2-3 passion fruit, you will get 100 Baht (mango 50-60 Baht kg, passion fruit 60-70 Baht per kg)
Everything that is nearby: nearby there are restaurants, massage parlors. We went to eat near the beach and near the hotel. In general, it's not bad everywhere. We ate more often on the beach, where the prices are normal and delicious (the average check is 700 Baht - about 1,700 rubles +-. You can try massage in different salons and choose where you like it) (the average price of a massage is 350-500 Baht)
From the hotel by taxi to Bangla Road, for example, it takes 40 minutes, by taxi via the bolt 200-300 Batt app. The cars are all very good, clean, you don't have to worry and order the usual fare) you can also go to the central festival shopping center and the price is the same)
In general, a good hotel, pleasant staff. For relaxation, when you spend 70% of your time on the beach, walking, driving and watching the island is a great option!
A good hotel, far from the sea, but in principle there is enough hotel tuk tuk. Nice pool, pleasant service and cleaning... There was one incident with beach towels when we went to the beach, and upon arrival at the room we were given a fine warning....
The food is normal, there are fruits, rashes and various other things, there are a little more problems with meat, but it is there.
We were pleased with the clean and comfortable rooms.
A good place, the staff is responsive, the room is cleaned every day, the breakfasts are very varied, the food is delicious, the transfer to the beach is every hour, but there was a lot of garbage under the bed in the room, the feeling that they never clean under the bed, I asked to be cleaned, but apparently they did not understand me. Overall, a good place, I recommend it.
The room is large, clean, very well maintained.
They clean up every day, they clean up conscientiously.
The breakfasts are varied and delicious.
It's a bit far to the beach, of course, but I go to a cafe on the way or at 7/11, so it doesn't seem that far.
Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel, a great place
I recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to relax on Puhuket, Karon. It is very wonderful to go out on the balcony in the morning and immediately dive into the cool water of the pool. There are a lot of interesting places around, including Karon beach with singing sands, within walking distance.
It's a very nice hotel. A clean pool. A standard but hearty breakfast! The way on foot to the sea is certainly difficult and not close, but... It just needs to be considered when choosing. For those who ride a scooter, this is not a problem at all. I would have come back.
It's perfect for a family or romantic vacation. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, if you give 20-30 baht, cleaning will be even better).
The views in Building B are stunning, both the sea and the mountains!
Large balcony and sturdy wooden furniture.
Breakfasts for such a price per day are decent.
Of the disadvantages, I can note that the beach is not very close, but this is compensated by a car that goes to the beach every half hour. Book a room for a couple of days, and then pay with cash or a foreign card at the reception, so it will be much more profitable
In general, not a bad hotel, but there is always,, but,, the room stock is old but comfortable to stay (clean) a little shabby interior, breakfasts are normal, as they say, you can live!
The second line is Karon Beach.Otel on solid 4!
The suite is adequate, large, the bed is comfortable, clean, fresh, quiet air conditioning,
changing towels at least every day!Breakfasts for every taste :soup, rice, meat, fruit, fresh fruit,...swimming pool with sun beds,.free shuttle service to the beach every half hour, 10-15 min walk. On the way to the 7eleven store, the beer is always cold mmmmm👍, there are a lot of makashnits in the evening!Relax with a joyful mood, comfort is provided👌do not forget about the excursions🔥
We are resting 11.01.24-27.01.24. I will tell you in order.
1. Location. Due to the distance from the sea, my husband and I are OK, we like to walk. The road along the highway, of course, confused me, but not much. It's not exactly suitable for walking with children, the two of them are generally normal if they are careful and careful. Along the way, you can visit coffee shops and buy fruits. To the left from the hotel to the beach go faster, about a kilometer. To the right to a good place on the beach is about 2km. There is a tuk-tuk to the beach, but we did not use it.
2. The room. I got 2317. It is located far from the reception, in the second building, but close to the pool. To go to the room through stuffy common empty rooms, but these are small things. There was a sea view from the balcony, but only a little bit)) mostly on the first line hotels, but it will be from any room. The table and chairs on the balcony are wooden. The room itself is OK, a large bed, two bedside tables, floor lamps, a long table, various drawers. It took a while to figure out how to turn on the TV with cable through the receiver. There are four hangers in the closet, only enough for jackets and sweatshirts. In general, there is little space for storing clothes. There are umbrellas and slippers. The bathroom was OK too. Cleaning every day, fresh beach and room towels every day. Two things infuriated me: the ants!!! there are many, many, many ants, you can't order food in the room, then they run around the plate in flocks, they spread everywhere, horror! and not that there are crowds of them, but 5-10 ran every day. Nothing critical, but it still pisses me off. Appeared on the 3rd day. And also the light: The switches do not have on-off positions - the light turns on every time the card is activated. During the day, the yellow light of the lamps presses, but this is also more my problem)
3. Breakfast. I liked it. You can't talk about any variety, but everything is clean and fresh. There is meat, side dishes, pastries, and very tasty fruits. When something ends, they add it right away. The restaurant is empty until 9 a.m., after that there are already a lot of people.
4. Food. The restaurant, which opens after breakfast and is declared as sea view (on the roof) is temporarily located in the breakfast area)) The food on the menu is normal, Thai and European cuisine. Tom yam, noodles are good. The club sandwich is not very good, the French fries are awesome.
5. Swimming pool. Clean. A pool bar is open. There are always people, but there is always also a place. There are few children.
6. Consider that there is no fitness room) everything is rusty and battered.
7. Lobby. They mostly passed by because they didn't need help. Only once did they use the call at the reception to pick up the plates from the tom pit in which the ants had settled. The lobby boy came running 2 minutes later. I think they also solve problems quickly for the rest.
Honestly, everything is OK in the hotel, but there is a constant feeling that something is unfinished, that it is not enough to bring it to mind - to work out the territory, to poison the insects. The distance from the sea is normal, but there is not enough infrastructure right at the hotel - even 7-11 and that is a 10-minute walk away) laundry in the hotel itself is expensive, things also have to be carried in private. In general, of all the three times that we have been to Thailand, this hotel, in comparison with others, left a pleasant, but ambiguous impression. I can't confidently recommend it, but I won't dissuade you either. In general, it's fine.) maybe even a little better.
We really liked it! It's not perfect, of course, but everything is always clean, delicious food, polite staff. And small lizards often come to visit the balcony))
I was recently at this hotel on a paid tour, the breakfasts are not bad, although they are mostly monotonous, a buffet, you can throw up and not eat until the evening, but is it necessary?! Who saves as an option))) and there is a purely Thai cafe next to the hotel where 60-70 baht for the first or second course, multiply by three and get in rubles. The location is not bad, it is convenient to go even to the left, even to the right, there is a transfer from the hotel to the sea, but I walked because it is not far in general, it is always good to walk and look at the shopping malls along the way. I advise everyone to buy electrolytes in pharmacies, they help in the heat, the price is 10 baht per bag, read the instructions below. The hotel itself has several buildings, several elevators and from the very beginning I was a little confused where to go, although of course there is a map in the elevators. In Thai, I was also in 4 * for the second time and for the first time, it's not worth waiting for something wow in this hotel, by Thai standards it's probably 4ka, but I was at my sister's in knighthorne also in 4ka and there's a wow hotel of course in comparison with this, to a greater extent Thailand is a vacation not in the hotel....the hotel only sleeps often, the rooms at the hotel are normal, large, have balconies, comfortable bathroom, there is a swimming pool and you can relax there lying on the steps. There are hydro massage nozzles, if of course they were planned, then they do not really fulfill their task...the stream "neither to zvizda, nor to the red army"....well, in general, you can lie around when you break into the sea....there is a gym, rusty and time-worn, and probably by tourists who came not to maintain their physical condition and figure))) I drove every morning because I am normal because I do not relax with libations and tobacco))) in general, of course, I would like a better equipped hall and a conditioner that would blow because it is hot, stuffy and he barely breathes....for 4* it's trash, of course, such a state is probably, but as they say to a bad dancer....I found some training options there, too, which is not bad))) the massage parlor did not work although the hotel is declared a SPA....actually, I'm not offended because there are salons on the street at every step and good-natured Thais are invited to each))) actually, I recommend it! But it is better to learn English words a little, the ointment is fiery and they pour it from the heart, but there is also a chill))) Thailand has certainly changed since the year 15 when I was there, but even with a little knowledge of the language it becomes easier to communicate and understand, and for those who do not know, Google translator on the phone will help a lot, but really you need to connect to the Internet. There is a temple not far from the hotel, and a market is open two days a week on its territory. Anyone who decides to walk from the hotel to Big Buddha!!!Yes, yes!!! There are options for a walking route from the hotel....only in normal shoes! only at least one and a half cups of water per person! only trained sports people! You won't get any help there on the route! either forward or backward, and back, unless you have passed (you can say) a vertical segment of the ascent, in the heat it bakes from above....to be honest, I did not expect such a difficult route, they do not scare anyone, just count your strength and capabilities))) There is a hypermarket not far from the hotel. If you go to the left, it takes 15-20 minutes...a huge shopping center and a huge selection! The prices are quite good, but the payment is only in cash! If to the right, there is a 7ka, and bigsi, and market stalls with fruits. Those with Union Pay cards can pay in stores, but only from about 200 baht and not everywhere. In the cafe, payment is also fine from the card, but it is better to clarify before ordering food. The bus bus runs from the airport and to Rawai through all the main points of the island. At the hotel, the cleaning is quite good, they leave a card in the card reader for tea and the air is cool even if you are not in the room and it is pleasant. 1 liter of water per day is not enough....take a pack of water in the store without regretting it....you will drink anyway....there is a kettle in the room, you can buy local teas and drink without problems or brew local food like doshik or something like that. The water pressure is not inspiring, but it flows well, there is no hot water, warm instead. There are exchangers both to the left and to the right of the hotel, the courses seem to be about +- There are a lot of cafes around and you will not stay hungry, but the prices are different, although you can eat at the hotel itself for an additional fee. The staff is friendly, not conflicted, BUT if you lose or break a bottle of water, then you will have to pay extra for each, 30 baht if I'm not mistaken, there will be a surprise when you check out, there is also a warning about this. I repeat, oh, how Google translator helps, so do not rush to buy a local SIM card with the Internet and preferably unlimited, you can buy it in 7k, Family or bigsi without any problems if you did not buy it at the airport right away, just take a foreign passport. The Internet in the hotel takes wifi everywhere, but not wow by measuring the speed, actually the cell phone at least 5g and the speed was 10-15mb. There is a TV, but there are two Russian channels and the rest are foreign, there is nothing much to watch on it)) there are bathrobes in the room, beach towels, on the beach 100 baht per day for an umbrella with an armchair, payment on the spot to a Thai person. There is a pool bar, but somehow everything is sluggish and without movement, in Thai, sabai sabai))) otherwise, it seems to be more or less clean, I did not see any living creatures, I had a view from the room to the sea, the beach is more or less, but not straight cleanliness, but the waves are decent, you can "play around" with them...there seemed to be jellyfish, but I somehow personally did not meet directly in the water, but on nightthorn my sister and her husband were shaken to burn marks, we forget who drinks alcohol that they do not constantly sell it and there is a break, if I am not mistaken, from 11 to 17. 20 minutes from the hotel there is a mini street of bars if you go to the right....you can have fun there until midnight and then probably just a tuk tuk or taxi to Patong and Bangla where you walk until the morning....by the way, there are two taxi cars and a motor taxi as well as a tuk tuk....you can install the local application and order, but registration by Thai number is again a plus for buying a SIM card. The street drain grilles on the streets are huge, so we look so that something doesn't fall out there like a phone or keys. Otherwise, WE BARGAIN EVERYWHERE!!!Lobster was offered to us for 1800, then for 1500, we traded up to 1200 at the Patong market on Bangla and eventually for 700 baht we took + 100 to cook, there are crocodiles, sharks, squid, octopus, mussels, shrimp and other living creatures. I'm hooked on mango shakes...60-80 baht for a large glass and that's generally a buzz, yummy. For fans of martial arts, I recommend going to the fights! It's an interesting sight, it's worth the money. I took a ticket on the street without a transfer for 1300 baht. And Always, Everywhere!!!CHECK how much change you have been given....Don't rely on honesty....a couple of times a decent amount was missing....I'm not accusing anyone, of course...maybe we really made a mistake, but we still have to try to make a mistake of 500 and 1000 baht, it seems to me))) after clarification, there were no questions, there were no people willing to swear, they gave everything away))) this does not apply to the hotel...It's all in the city...you can write a lot more about what, briefly outlined about the hotel....the prices are different for him and for those that I flew, he was quite and after me he heard and paid more, probably for those amounts I would have looked at some other options, more out of season, with regard to the weather for my 13 nights there were rains, and tropical showers, and thunderstorms, and scorching sun))) full range! I managed to get a tan! By the way, we forget about the cream 50+ in advance, or you can buy it at the pharmacy =)
A good hotel, located a couple of kilometers from the beach, but there is a shuttle service to and from the beach every hour, so there are no problems with this.
The rooms are great with a balcony, cleaning even in my opinion daily. The breakfasts are good with a good selection.
There is a large swimming pool on the roof with a length of 50 meters for sure, I think everyone will like it.
I recommend it to everyone.
There was a wonderful hotel in 2018. Price ratio:the quality of the service is consistent. The pool under the building is not always clean. Breakfasts could be more varied
A good hotel, the rooms are clean, the towels were cleaned and changed every day. There is a transfer to the sea. Friendly staff.
The disadvantages are hard mattresses.
Someone is talking far from the sea.
Far from the sea, this is Russia.
Conveniently, the transfer is every 30 minutes. They clean it every day.
The room is air conditioned. Everything is great. The view is good. 10 minutes walk to the sea.
The worst hotel in Phuket.
I've been to 6 hotels in Phuket. Best Western. At Yang Beach and so on.
Guys, consider the rip-off here.
The deluxe room has a balcony facing the stairs inside the hotel to the staff room. They're trying to charge money for everything here. Do not take the mini bar in any case, they took a bottle of water and paid 500 baht for interest. And in general, the hotel is 3 stars maximum. The transfer has one name tuk tuk if it is full the second car will not be sent

A good hotel, there is no deposit at the entrance, breakfasts are varied, every day some new dish, I really liked omelets and soups like in noodles, tasteless only coffee and tea bags, rooms are clean, there are bathrobes, umbrellas, beach towels, a kettle, a set of tea, coffee cream, sugar, cups and glasses, two bottles of free water, a minibar is paid, we did not break, break or dirty anything, so there were no incidents with a fine, there was no walk to the sea for those who like to walk to the left of the hotel for 15 minutes, on the way you can buy fruit or tuk tuk every hour, the hotel has a rooftop pool and a gym hall, dinner if you go from the hotel to the right next to two beautiful restaurants, one is all inclusive 700 baht shrimp, meat, salad, fruit, ice cream, fry or cook yourself, the other is called steak very tasty steaks chicken, pork, salmon, also near the seven Eleven store, both on the right at the gas station, and if go left on the road to the beach or from the beach. Have a nice rest.
The hotel is about 800-900 meters from the beach, the transfer goes every half hour, the last one at 16.40, cleaning every day, high-quality, breakfasts are normal, without frills, but everyone will find something to eat.
A wonderful hotel! Spacious rooms, very tasty and varied breakfasts. I just didn't understand how to change the beach towels) I had to change them in the morning at the reception!
Great hotel. It is located a 20-minute walk from the sea, but this is also a plus. While you are walking, you pass all kinds of shops, shops, etc. you can see and try a lot of interesting things. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. The rooms have modern finishes, good furniture. The Internet is good both in the room and at the reception. The breakfast is excellent with fruits, dairy and meat. There is a buffet to choose from. We had enough without lunch until dinner. To have dinner, of course, we went to all kinds of restaurants and cafes to try local cuisine. In addition to a good restaurant, the hotel also has a rooftop pool. There was only 1 time when they were waiting for the bus after checking out of the rooms.
Among the obvious advantages are the location of the hotel, the availability of a private transfer to the beach, almost all rooms with a balcony and sea views, spacious rooms, a swimming pool.
Of the obvious disadvantages, it requires reinvention, a lot of interior wear and much is simply outdated. You definitely need a normal cook - the food is meager and monotonous.
The rest is typical Thai.
I really liked the hotel, the clean pool, the rooms are cleaned, the bed is made every day, the towels are white, there are bathrobes and rubber slippers too
The location is convenient, you can walk to the sea or take a transfer from the hotel. The rooms are pleasant, the cleaning is done every day. The breakfasts were included, it's something great! The staff is friendly and understanding. The pool is clean and pleasant 💙💙💙
The minus and the most important thing is the location, far from the sea and to any life ... and not so much the problem is in the distance itself-1-1.5 km is not a problem to walk / but if you do not walk along a busy highway, without a sidewalk, and every time you risk your life, and even naturally in the wild heat. The maps show the paths through the hotels - they are not correct, security does not let them through, and it will take an excruciatingly long time to get around!!! Yes, there is a shuttle service to the beach, but it is up to 17 ... in fact, there is no gym here, everything is shabby, old and even rusty ... it is better to go to a paid one for 300 baht. The food is ordinary, not super, but you won't starve either.. the service is... well, also ordinary. Rooms with a view are more expensive.
Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, clean, cleaning every day. A variety of breakfasts, a large selection. Swimming pool with hydromassage. Helpful, smiling staff. There is a shuttle service to the beach.
a wonderful hotel, by the sea on tuk tuk, back with pleasure on foot, just on the way buying delicious fruits. They clean it up, and give out beach towels. The breakfasts are sooo hearty
A good hotel, justifies its 4 stars exactly, several swimming pools, daily cleaning, rooms with good air conditioning. The staff is pleasant and helpful, but if someone does not know English, there may be difficulties)
The location is not very good (no sidewalk for pedestrians, lack of normal infrastructure within walking distance). It's a bit far from the sea with children with legs is not an option at all (you can still get to the sea by tuktuk, but it's more difficult to get back, the minibus runs on time). The breakfast at the hotel is of the same type and not very tasty, you can tolerate it for a couple of days, but if you no longer want to. There is nowhere to walk in the evening, the hotel does not have its own territory. There are no shops, restaurants, or spas on site. The only plus is that they try to do daily cleaning and put new water and towel replacement. The overall impression of the stay is not very pleasant, I would not recommend moving in with children. Without children, you can still be patient at the expense of the budget price. The rooms, although tired, are still up to 4 fir trees.
A good hotel, a solid three. To the sea 15 minutes on foot or by transfer 5 minutes. The rooms are clean. The breakfasts are hearty and varied to suit every taste. The staff is smiling.
We rested at this hotel with my husband in December 2022-2023, we really liked the hotel, the room is large and chic, there is a shower and a bathroom, two swimming pools, a gym, various breakfasts and new dishes every day, the girls and guys at the reception are wonderful, always ready to help, cleaning was every day, furnished for 20 baht for cleaning (a bonus for the cleaner), towels were changed every day, there are umbrellas, towels for the beach!) a shuttle bus runs to the nearest Karon beach every half hour and takes you back, it is convenient, since the hotel is located 3 lines from the sea, we walked a lot to it, but this is more a plus than a minus! I recommend this hotel for people without children, as it is far to walk to the beach with children, and so a super hotel for your money!)

I usually write only positive reviews. But here I want everyone to understand how they can just cheat.
We are currently here, a company has arrived to celebrate the New Year.
First of all: they move into rooms that absolutely do not correspond to the ones chosen, one thing in the photo on the website, another in reality. We paid for deluxe rooms with a view (not the sea), the photos that were sent by the tour operator (Pegasus) had a good view of the pool, and they put us in rooms with a view of the wall. Yes, that's right, on the wall of the building opposite, there is a narrow courtyard below where hotel employees were washing some things, there is a passage to another building below the balcony and vacationers walked endlessly, of course, you're like in a showcase.
They came up with a request to change the rooms, the hotel administration offered to pay extra, for a minute for 2000 baht per day, and then pretended that they didn't understand anything.
The tour operator also wrote that you should contact the place where you bought it. You have been provided with rooms of the declared category. Completely ignored.
Moreover, it wasn't just us who did this trick with the numbers. A family of 4 people (dad, mom, a small child and an older one - provided rooms with ONE bed).
Whereas foreigners were accommodated in absolutely normal rooms. They all lived on the floors above.
And one more thing, we bought a tour with a New Year's Eve dinner, when we checked it turned out that there was no, it just seemed to us that with dinner. And it seemed to everyone who flew here. The tour operator once again made "eyes" - no, no. This has never happened here.
As it turns out, this hotel was simply canceled on the last day, and the tour operator does not want to refund the money (and not a small one)
Now about the tour operator- don't see each other on the tour!!! Those excursions that were 4 years ago are not the same anymore. Now there is only one thing- to survive, to make money, to promise what you want- in reality it is a complete divorce.
We bought a New Year's tour to the islands (to save the new year) - and 63 more people like us.
Everything is running, neither eating normally (the food, of course, is like in a canteen on the outskirts of the most forgotten city), nor shopping.
Again, as it turned out, there is no promised New Year's program. As well as dinner. The canteen is the same. Although foreigners were treated differently again
They took us to the shore of the island and told us to do whatever you want, go wherever you want. And, yes, don't get lost, there are 4 buses to the hotel until 00:30 hours, then I'm sorry.
It's just a terrible trip. I travel a lot, but such an attitude from a tour operator is not acceptable.
The conclusion is that you need to go by yourself.
A wonderful hotel with a wonderful view. The staff is very friendly. Cleaning is daily. The breakfast buffet is like everywhere else in Thailand, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Karon Beach is a 15-minute walk away, and Kata is 20 minutes away. There is a transfer service.
I liked it very much. Princess Deluxe Room🫶🏻
Good afternoon! We had a rest from 27.02-12.03. 2023 in this hotel. The 4* hotel has justified itself 100%. The staff is friendly. The room was always cleaned with dignity.
In the room :
only the contents of the refrigerator (beer, cola and water) are charged
Also in the room for convenience for free: safe, 2 bottles of local water, beach towel, umbrellas, bathrobes, pool slates, hair dryer, kitchenette with stove, microwave, dishes.
The breakfast at the hotel is monotonous, a standard set: scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, rice, pasta and chicken. We are not picky, everything is edible. Fruits are modest (watermelon and pineapple), but stable. All that was missing were delicious buns and bagels …
Tuk-tuk - picks up from the hotel and drives along the beach with a stop on demand. The driver is doing well- he drives carefully, but the last flight is at 17:00.
The hotel has pools on the floors, but unfortunately the bar at the big one did not work.
Located on the 2nd line, walking distance to the sea is not very far 15-20 min. There are shops and cafes nearby.
We really liked the hotel, especially the clean air in the mornings from the mountains. Thank you so much for providing room 3101 with a sea view!
Nice rooms. Breakfast 👌🏼 Polite staff. Clean, neat. Every half hour there is a tuk-tuk to the beach area and back. Or you can walk to Karon Beach in 15 minutes on foot. The hotel has a swimming pool and sun loungers. I liked the hotel.
15 minutes walk to the beach, you can take a shortcut through the Hilton) but the guards are not always happy)
The rooms are spacious enough, the breakfast is monotonous, but everything is fresh, and you can come up with a diet for a week. The rooms are cleaned once a day, but after lunch. Do not expect that you went to the beach in the morning, and by 13.00 your room has already been cleaned. The pool is on the 4th floor, the view is not bad, there are only 8 sun beds. The staff is adequate, additional pillows, blankets, were given out without problems. Without additional payment.
Mini bar and water, it's better not to touch, they have their own price list for everything)))
The hotel is for the unassuming. We are ready to put up with the lack of a private territory and a dead road to the sea- then a Velkam) Hotel from the category "as if it got to the Russian south in the 90s" everything is pretentious-broken-shabby! Starting from the door in the room and ending with broken tiles in the pool! Of the declared 4 stars, a maximum of two correspond! One of the advantages is a good room cleaning, that's it! There are plenty of more decent and affordable hotels! I do not recommend it!!!
We spent 3 weeks in this hotel. The hotel itself is cool: very beautiful, sea and mountain views, spacious rooms with bath and shower, good breakfasts! But the whole impression of the hotel was ruined by the cleaning of the room! It's just terrible! In 3 weeks, we have never had the bathroom, shower, toilet and sink washed! Linen and towels were changed only on the 10th day, when I already put both the tour operator and the receiving party and the hotel staff "on their ears"! The cleaning itself is disgusting... and yet, it is clear that the hotel is starting up gradually after a long downtime…
Nice hotel, clean and tidy. It's a 20-minute walk to the sea, but there is a free pick-up shuttle. Located on a mountainside, views of the fire) The only disadvantage is that they try to impose other people's shoals with bed linen and towels. Therefore, I recommend unfolding and taking photos when replacing

A beautiful hotel. The rooms are large and cozy. Four pools. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are varied. There is a free car ride from the hotel to the beach.
This is some kind of nightmare. How much you need to be not picky to rate this hotel higher - the photos were definitely taken before our era, that's an understatement. Nothing works - neither the handle of the balcony door, nor the handle of the closet in the room, nor the drain in the shower.
I would like to say a special thank you to the person who made the description of the hotel - the beach is more than 20 minutes away in the heat and mud. Breakfast is a separate art - fried egg, 2 toasts and a sweet sausage (it turns out that all meat is sweet in Thai) - I couldn't look at fried eggs for another 3 weeks after my vacation.
For 7 nights, the bed was changed 1 time, after my persuasion every day.
In general, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
One more thing - there was no makeup in the room either. With difficulty, they brought it on the 3rd day.
The hotel is good, the breakfasts are standard, the rooms are cleaned every day , the only disadvantage is far from the sea and cafes. There is a tuk tuk from the hotel to the sea, but only until 17:00. If there is a problem with your legs or a trip with children, this hotel will not suit you. It 's hard to walk far and uphill from the sea .
