The hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly. There are currency exchange points nearby (about 400-500 meters to the left when you exit the hotel).
The beach is also within walking distance. There are cafes and 7-Eleven stores nearby. Make sure to specify in advance that you care about the view from your window (there are two types of deluxe rooms, some of which have access to the pool with a beautiful view of the beach).
We visited this hotel in July 2024.
A good 4-star hotel!
Rooms: clean, spacious. There is a shower and a bathtub, towels, bathrobes, slippers and umbrellas + beach towels. Cleaning every day, they come around 9 a.m., if you are still sleeping at this time, it is better to hang up "do not disturb". They clean well) there is shampoo and shower gel + soap. But I took shampoo, balm + just take brushes and paste / buy on arrival. The split system works very well, it cools down in 5 minutes. There is a balcony where you can sit and hang things to dry. There is also water, but you can't throw away the bottles and take them away, they update them.
Pool: open until 20, it seems. The water is very clean, there is a small Jacuzzi, a bar where you can buy drinks, sun beds. The pool itself is quite large, shallow
Gym: a small gym with equipment that has already seen a lot, but is quite suitable for training. There are treadmills, air conditioning, shower in the hall, toilet
Breakfasts: it doesn't seem to make sense to take all inclusive in Tae. Breakfasts are quite monotonous: fried eggs, omelette, vegetables, fruits, bread, rice with chicken, rice with vegetables, soups - the main composition of breakfast, changes just a little, two or three dishes. But quite to themselves, they made themselves sandwiches and ate well.
Staff: very nice, kind and helpful people. You treat them with respect, they treat you with x2 respect. They are smiling, friendly and responsive. Our safe was locked by our mistake, the adjuster came very quickly, corrected everything, explained and ran away. They understand simple phrases in Russian, and in English too. But if anything, you can always explain through a translator what is wrong, since the level of English and Russian is about the same)
Beach: walk for 15 minutes at a pace, but every hour there is a shuttle service that takes you back, but late. Nearby Karon beach is a great beach, quiet and peaceful. The statue of the big Buddha is visible) On the way to the beach, you can buy fruits by asking to cut them) (if you take two mangoes and 2-3 passion fruit, you will get 100 Baht (mango 50-60 Baht kg, passion fruit 60-70 Baht per kg)
Everything that is nearby: nearby there are restaurants, massage parlors. We went to eat near the beach and near the hotel. In general, it's not bad everywhere. We ate more often on the beach, where the prices are normal and delicious (the average check is 700 Baht - about 1,700 rubles +-. You can try massage in different salons and choose where you like it) (the average price of a massage is 350-500 Baht)
From the hotel by taxi to Bangla Road, for example, it takes 40 minutes, by taxi via the bolt 200-300 Batt app. The cars are all very good, clean, you don't have to worry and order the usual fare) you can also go to the central festival shopping center and the price is the same)
In general, a good hotel, pleasant staff. For relaxation, when you spend 70% of your time on the beach, walking, driving and watching the island is a great option!
Great hotel. The rooms are spacious. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the only drawback is tea. Water is allocated 1 liter for two, so we immediately go to sevenleven. It is better to go left after leaving the hotel and buy a 6 liter bottle there. We stock up on sugar at breakfast. At first, you will get confused in the kurpuses, but there is a drawing in the elevators, after studying which everything is clear. There is a shuttle service to the beach every half hour, but I recommend that you remember its schedule well if you do not want to stomp on foot. I recommend taking a walk to compare katu. Especially if it's not the season and there are big waves.
