The hotel was not bad, but there was a sofa in the room with a sign that would not sit down, it was treated, but in fact it smelled faintly of urine (they realized on day 2), fortunately there was a second room where they slept. The second moment came at 9:30 p.m. the door to the room was ajar, it was not closed after cleaning, 40 minutes later they went in with the security (nothing was missing, but the security was not very polite). Tip, don't leave valuables behind. In general, it was clean, there is a kitchen where you can cook something for yourself. If it wasn't for all this, 4 points out of 5. There were 8 nights.
Elena, we had a family vacation for a week in November 2019.
A very nice hotel. Excellent location (near both the tram line and the metro, from where it is convenient to get to any part of the city). The rooms are clean, cleaned almost every day, linen and towels are changed. In the room (we had a 2-room for 3 people)- there is a shower, a bathtub, a washing machine. washing machine, dryer, iron with ironing board, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, refrigerator, TV (many channels, but Russian - only one works). The only thing was that in the evenings, when we returned to the room, there seemed to be little light). There are grocery stores nearby- spar, prism, Lidl, The city is beautiful, there are many places that can and should be visited (St. Peter's ChurchMatthias, Fisherman's bastion, Royal Palace, underground labyrinth, Heroes' Square, park. We went to different baths every day, we liked it more in Rudash, Lukach and Secheny. We recommend you to visit! You won't regret it!
