My daughter and I fell in love with this place. Swans, ducks on the pond, you can ride boats, bridges glow in the evening, lush vegetation, music. We ate a wonderful barbecue there, which was cooked in front of us. Super, although the pond can be cleaned more often

The park throws you back to the Soviet Union. Statues of those times, old Soviet scales, a pond with swans and ducks. It's nice to walk here, eat ice cream and look at the mini zoo with ostriches.

It's beautiful, but not enough. I thought it was a park, but it was too small. Ponds are overgrown very much, they tried to clean it when we were there, such piles of algae. But they still seem to grow right there. There is a good sports ground, we were engaged.
There is a mini zoo, or a cage with a peacock, geese, ostriches, turkeys and other birds. In principle, if everything is put in order, then the place is very good for walking.

The beautiful Seaside Park in New Athos was founded by the monks of the Simon-Kananite Monastery in 1880.
7 ponds were created on the territory of the park, replenished by the waters of the mountain river Psyrtskhi. The maximum depth of the ponds is 2 meters. The bottom and walls are lined with stone tiles. The water in the ponds is clean and flowing. At one time, the monks bred carp, crucian carp and mullet here for the needs of the brethren.
Sycamores, weeping willows, pink chestnuts, palm trees, magnolias, sequoias, cork and camphor trees were planted around the ponds by the monks of the Simon-Cananite Monastery and arched bridges were built.
Now, this is a place where various plants are constantly blooming, their variety and shapes are simply amazing! The air in the park is filled with wonderful aromas, the singing of birds does not stop, which is complemented by frogs.
There are black and white swans swimming in the ponds, ducks with fluffy ducklings, and a lot of fish!
Squirrels and beautiful butterflies can be seen on the branches of the trees.
There are places where you can sit, have a delicious meal and admire nature.
At the cafe "Three Plane Trees" you can get a close look at two charming owls, and in the mini-zoo, opposite the cafe, you can feed ostriches, peacocks and ride children on ponies.
There are attractions for kids: trampolines, inflatable slides and various electric cars and motorcycles.
There are tennis tables.
In the evening, the park is well lit, some trees are specially illuminated.
There are many benches in the park, good walking paths and very romantic bridges over the water.
On weekends, it is not uncommon for newlyweds to come here to take unique and very romantic photos for memory.

It is cozy, but the pond is swamped with algae, and interest in its features - numerous fish and swans - is lost. Delicious food in the restaurant on the pond, the only problem for the whole of Abkhazia is the service. It suffers a lot. A terrible paid toilet.

It's a cool park, you can hide here in the heat and in the rain (in cafes). Lake kasivoe, clean, if it doesn't rain in the mountains, when we were on the second day it rained in the mountains)))) An interesting place is the poultry house, there are ostriches, swans and ducks, and everyone can be fed. The park is good, if you live in N. Athos, go for a walk, if you stopped by with a bus, go in. I recommend it!

The park would be great with proper care!!! The pond is overgrown with algae - it looks unkempt and unattractive. The toilet at the entrance is a separate song)) I haven't been there, but according to my wife and daughter, it's just terrible!!! What was our surprise when on the way back we saw that they also charge a fee of 20 rubles for visiting this toilet!!!

It would be great to kick out the occasional tsiganok with their merch there! We swam on a boat, which sometimes blows up all over the pond overnight. We had a snack 3 times in a cafe in the center of the pond, delicious coffee, I think the food is at an average / slightly above average level in Abkhazia, prices are not bullied. We can recommend it. In the evening, the lights are turned on, the atmosphere is pleasant and calm. Lots of animals. In one swamp, turtles were found among a pile of frogs and toads.
