Of course, this is the pearl of Gagra. That's why we stay in Staraya Gagra for the second year. Because of the Seaside Park. It is very beautiful, green, there is a place to walk. For children there is a large trampoline, jumpers, electric cars, a petting zoo, riding a steam train and carriage, several cafes, a fountain. Last year we were at the end of October, this year at the end of September. There is still a season in September: a lot of live loud music (in cafes and at the colonnade), a lot of summer cafes and tents on the beach, in October it is already out of season and none of this is even quieter. If you do not take into account the territories of expensive park hotels, Primorsky Park is probably the most well-groomed place in Gagra (both Old and New).

A nice park, lots of greenery, located along the sea. There are retail outlets and entertainment. If you are tired of walking, a steam train runs through the park. There are many different benches to sit on and enjoy the views. You can buy souvenirs and take pictures as a keepsake.

One of the most beautiful places in Gagra and Abkhazia is the Seaside Park. We really like to walk there. We always start our journey from the Gagripsh restaurant or from the Prince of Oldenburg Palace and walk along the park embankment. You will not see such a variety of trees, shrubs and flowers anywhere else, how beautiful the palm trees are at sunset. And the sea! I highly recommend it for daily evening walks!

A very nice place, a beautiful Colonnade, a long line of the embankment. You should definitely take a walk, breathe and take pictures if you are in Gagra. And a wonderful equipped beach, we couldn't swim - the sea was stormy.

I visited this park for the first time when I was 5 years old. It seemed huge and beautiful: magnolias were blooming, peacocks were walking along the paths. Then I visited Abkhazia every time I came. First, the peacocks disappeared, then it turned out not to be as huge as in childhood, then it was sooo neglected. And now, of course, it has not become big, but it is well-groomed and equipped, which frankly pleased me. And the magnolias are still in bloom.

Seaside Park, aka the Duke of Oldenburg in Gagra. Abkhazia. Thanks a lot to the Duke that, at his behest, plants were planted along the coast, which now make up a shady alley, where it is pleasant to walk for 15 minutes. Well, that's the whole Seaside Park. The walk is accompanied by ruins of the former Soviet beauty in the form of fountains, several swings, several cafes (I do not advise). That's it!!! This is not a park, guys, it's a walk, and go home. Cafe "By the oak": an unforgettable experience! The waitress who brought me the second one without bringing the first one. And she tried to assure me that she had warned me that they served when they were ready. I tried to argue until my husband clucked. 10 percent of the service fee is included in the bill. Well, we already perceived this Abkhazian service with humor: in the evening we bought food in the room.In short, our conclusion is this: not a foot in Abkhazia!

The Abkhazians have mostly preserved their natural wealth. It can be seen that they are trying to reconstruct a little, the tiles were laid and the consecration was carried out. However, the lamps reminded me very much of a visilica, it is not beautiful. Some trees have fallen and are lying around, old lighting poles are either standing or lying along the path, there is a pond, but it is dirty, there are no fish, not even frogs, etc.
