We were billed and told to pay everything in advance, you, as law-abiding citizens, paid everything. As a result, at the appointed time, at the appointed hour, we arrive, a certain group who did not know the information and who arrived 20 minutes earlier, they were immediately placed in the gazebo saying that we had booked, and the gazebo costs 15000 tenge for a minute. A little later, the rest of the company arrives, we see the pool, for which we came, but they don't let us in, they say go there and send us along the path, OK, we go with borohl we don't know where, but the road is not close, well, with grief in half we found their employees. A smart guy greets us, and declares that the entrance to the pool costs 10000tg for 1 person, and that the gazebo was allegedly booked. I had to call the person with whom we agreed, and prove that yes, how. In the end, we proved it, but the mood was already spoiled. At the expense of the pool, this is a separate topic, it's not a tile coating, but what kind of client is that (I can't say what it's called correctly) it is very slippery, there was a risk of getting up in the water all the time, plus there is no water filtration, flies and wasps swam with you, and you still don't understand what, because of the lack of filtration, the bottom of the pool was covered with mud, which betrayed the sliding effect. There are no napkins in the toilet and no hot water. There are no mirrors in the locker rooms, that's how girls look at themselves, whether she put on a swimsuit correctly or not. The administration did not think about the guests. In the evening, we sat down on the terrace to have dinner, there was a music center not far away or something like that, we asked to put on music, so we were rudely, reluctantly told to put on our own music. The order was carried for so long, although we ordered 4 hours in advance. And the dishes are multicolored, like in the Soviet Union, plastic cups. In general, the result of our review, I'm sorry that I wrote so much, but I would like to warn anyone who wants to relax here. For that kind of money, this recreation area is not worth it.
