The hotel is located in the area of the Mother Armenia Monument. It is very difficult to get to the city center on foot, in the evening it is generally unrealistic.
The rooms are large and spacious. The room had air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. There were no lamps above the bed, and there was no towel rail in the bathroom.
The breakfasts are pretty good.
Cleaning consists of taking out the garbage. I had to ask for replacement towels and toilet paper.
There is a five-meter swimming pool in the courtyard, you can swim in the evening.
There is a minimarket opposite the hotel, open up to 24 hours.

I stayed in a single room at the hotel. The room is spacious, has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, wi-fi. Shampoo, gel, and soap were regularly updated. There were no problems with the water. Apparently, the remote control didn't work at the TV, but it didn't really upset me, because I only came to the room to sleep. The breakfasts are quite decent. During my stay, buckwheat, fried potatoes, rice, fried eggplant, sausages, nuggets, 2 types of sausage, cheese, cottage cheese with sour cream, toast, eggs, watermelon, apples were given. Instant coffee, but you can ask to make real coffee. They put a bottle of water in the room, which is a nice bonus. There is a construction site nearby. But my window faced the other side, so I didn't hear any noise.

Great hotel! We were part of an excursion group, so spending the night, having breakfast and seeing the sights is a great option. Opposite is a supermarket with good prices, open until 12 at night. The room is clean, cleaned and towels are changed every day. Breakfast buffet. The variety is small, but there were no hungry people. There is always someone at the reception, great attitude, they speak Russian. Anyway, I'll be back there again.
The pool was closed at the beginning of May. I read other reviews, so I didn't really hope for him, and I didn't have enough time. After all, I came to see the country, and not to swim in the pool)))

A huge advantage of the hotel is the staff. The girls are all polite, pleasant and always go to a meeting. They gave me an iron without any problems.
Although the hotel is not in the center, but there are bus stops nearby. Quiet area. For example, living in the center of Yerevan - I hardly slept) Here it is quiet, despite the sink opposite.

Of the minuses, this is a construction site nearby, which sometimes starts working from 8:30 and it is almost impossible to sleep, but if you are settled in a room that faces the road, then there will be no such problems. There were not enough towels - 3 towels for two (two large, one small), this is not according to 3* standards. There was nothing to put on the cold tile in the bathroom. But in general, taking into account the price, if fate throws you to Yerevan, this hotel is ready to be considered as an option.

Very friendly, helpful and helpful staff, spacious room with a view of Ararat, delicious, simple, hearty breakfasts. The transfer is free if booked directly. The room cleaning was not very thorough, but it didn't bother us much. I took off one star for the location. To eat or drink coffee, you need to go to the center. A nearby 24-hour car wash also interfered at night. But if you close the window and turn on the air conditioner, then it's normal. And taxis in Yerevan are very cheap, especially if you use the local Yandex.

In this case, a certain remoteness from the city center turned out to be a blessing, because rallies were held in the center. From the windows of the hotel you can see the monument of Mother Armenia, the Ferris wheel and... Masis. From our second-floor window, we can see the dirty roof, on which water dripped from the air conditioner.
The rooms are quite large. The room has a double bed, a table with a TV, a built-in wardrobe. Combined bathroom. Be careful here: a towel is not given under your feet and you can slip. In addition, the hand towel holder is held solely on the word of honor. The set consists of shampoo and shower gel. There is no hair dryer.
There is a separate room on the ground floor for breakfast. Breakfast even with a local flavor. Minimal, but sufficient. Zara works here, who will make amazing coffee in Turk!
In general, people are incredibly customer-oriented.
Swimming pool. He is. Without heating, but in the heat it is a blessing. At the end of September it was no more than 19 degrees. Cons: dust, windows of the neighboring building, lack of changing booths.
We only spent the night, we never even turned on the TV.
Opposite there is a small, cute shop.
I want to return to Yerevan, but I will probably choose a different hotel

You can live, but if you have money, the advice is to find something more civil.
We took root from October 5 to October 14, 2023, the weather was great, in the afternoon it was 20 degrees, and in the evening it was getting cooler, I still managed to walk around in shorts.
Friends, if you find yourself in this hotel, the main thing is not to lose heart, be more demanding of the staff, but be sure to communicate politely, do not forget to say hello and approach all the problems of everyday life, creatively and with humor. Sometimes the problem that worries you, the staff, needs to be voiced first one day, preferably in the morning, and then the next and the probability of a positive outcome increases :).
Now let's move on to the characteristics of the hotel:
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- Next to the hotel, there is a self-service car wash, with the window open, noise is provided 24 hours a day, but if the window is closed and the noisy candee is turned on, then this noise source will be eliminated, it is not clear at all how such a car wash was allowed to be organized, in close proximity to residential buildings. With Kandey, be careful, we successfully caught a cold:(
- The hotel is located on a busy street, traffic practically does not stop, unless late at night.
- In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, there is a construction site, which seems to have been going on for several years and is still at the excavation stage. At the time when we lived, there was crushing of the ground, from about 10 o'clock to 16 o'clock, every day, and as it should be except Saturday and Sunday, at this time the hotel building was rumbling, the chandelier and cutlery were ringing, it was like a small, tiny earthquake, with a magnitude of about one point...after such an experience, we did not pay any attention to all other construction work. From the construction site, the noise of Candea will not save.
- The pillows were feather pillows, they felt like a stone, not only that feather pillows are at least allergenic and not hygienic, so it was not possible to sleep on them, they grew sintepon, the next day they brought, judging by the rolled-up sintepon and the yellowed thimble, these pillows are at least five or seven years old. I had to tear off the thimble, and put the sintepon in order, and refuel it back, I spent an hour of time, but my neck was grateful to me.
- The current flush of the toilet, in room 407, judging by the reviews, is a legend that hotel guests have been asking to put in order for months, they had to open the barrels and fix it. I spent 20 minutes of time, but I removed an additional source of noise and consumption of nerve cells and eliminated the legend. And a very strange fact, hot water was supplied to the drain tank. It also happened that only hot water flowed from both taps. Periodically in the bathroom, there was a smell of sewage.
- Dirty floor, feet a little blackened. I had to wash the floor with a foot towel. I spent fifteen minutes of time, but I could walk on the floor with my bare feet.
- At breakfast, the dishes are not washed with high quality, it looks like the dishwasher can't cope, to be honest, I disdained to eat there, but I ate, and where to go, to fix the situation, it was not in my power. I took a piece of pita bread, smeared with quite tasty butter and two eggs boiled in a steep, quite normal, sometimes cottage cheese sour cream jam.
- A shower that fell on my head, like a tropical rain, well, the staff managed to eliminate this problem on their own, I did not take part in this, I hope after fixing the remaining days of my stay, in this blessed and bright place, he will not collapse our head again....even I don't trust local specialists. The shower lasted until our departure, but for those who will be in room 407, be careful with him! :)
- Mold in the shower stall and dusty bedside lamps, after all the experience, seemed like a trifle.
- Audibility is present, sometimes the neighbors' droning was heard, but even here you can find a way out, turn on the noisy candee and lo and behold, the neighbors' droning is not heard.
Advantages of the hotel:
- Friendly staff, they make contact, they try to solve problems, although not always successfully.
- There is a grocery store nearby, the end of the bus that goes to the center, a pharmacy down the street, and a little further along the same side of the street, a fruit and vegetable shop.
- Perhaps we can say that the hotel is located not far from the cascade, which, quite, can be reached on foot.
- Room 407, where we lived, has a gorgeous view of Yerevan and Ararat.
- The presence of the air conditioner in the room and it is in working condition, but it is noisy, adjusted and the fan noise has become less.
- The room has good furniture, a good mattress on the bed, there is a normal TV, we watched a couple of movies in Russian on YouTube.
- Insects and various parasites were not observed, and thank you for that.

We stayed at the hotel from July 27 to August 4, 2023. After reading the reviews, we were ready for 3 stars. But there's nothing for two stars here. We arrived at lunch, left our things in the corner at the reception and went somewhere to have a snack. Well, there's nothing nearby! We were settled no earlier than the specified 14.00.The room is dirty, the dust is frankly everywhere, the plumbing is all stained, the shower cabin has no door, the hair dryer does not work. I am vacationing with two adult daughters and we asked for 3 full beds when booking. The room had 2 beds and an armchair, which was broken in half on the first night. Every day I had to contact the staff, and they made a surprised face. As a result, a bed was brought. For 9 days, the room has never been cleaned, the linen was changed 1 time (it was torn on all beds) and towels, the plumbing was never washed. And when asked about the door in the shower, they said: do you need it? and they smiled sweetly. Breakfasts: for example tomatoes, sausages, local cheese, sausages, boiled eggs OR toast bread, juice from boxes, tea, instant coffee.THAT'S IT! The window looked out onto the street with a 24-hour car wash + a century-old construction site around the corner, with the window closed, it was noisy. You can't go out on the balcony, because it's very dirty there. Among the advantages: a good amusement park within walking distance, a grocery store across the street and a hotel parking right at the door, we rented a car.

We had a spacious room with a double bed and an extra bed, I would say huge. The bed linen is clean, white, and good. The mattress is comfortable.The towel was changed every day.
The plumbing in the rooms is of high quality.
The view was of the mountains, and the air was simply beyond words.
The breakfast is great, as my daughter eats porridge, I was very happy about it.Fruits, vegetables, buns. I was amazed - they make coffee in Armenian!
The great advantage of the hotel is the staff. Special thanks to Zara, we even hugged like family. Ace girls are polite, pleasant and always go to a meeting. They gave me an iron and a hair dryer without any problems.

We were with my wife, we were given 3 towels for two, 2 large and one for hands.. When asked to give another one, they were surprised. The cleanliness of the towels wants to leave the best. The mattress is terrible, the condition of the back after sleep leaves much to be desired. A double-bed blanket was stuffed into a one-and-a-half duvet cover. There are no pillows.. The bathroom has a shower with mold, the toilet is all stained. We had sex with my husband from May 17 to May 27. I'll start by arriving at the hotel on May 17th early in the morning (around 4 a.m.). The breakfasts are quite tasty and hearty. The rooms are clean, cleaning is regular, towels are also always clean and slippers. Many thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and efficiency. For an additional quite inexpensive payment, you can have a delicious lunch or dinner at the hotel, the menu is true in English, but the basic level is enough to sort everything out. And the most pleasant bonus was a late check-out (and completely free of charge, this was the first time we encountered this, we left the room at 18:00).
