They were delivered on time, they gave 2-5 days, on the 5th day it was with us. (in other organizations it was from 2 to 5 weeks!) This is the third time I have been working with guys, the prices are market, somewhere cheaper. Although I deal with dozens of companies and organizations when I am engaged in procurement in my organization. Definitely a decent company.

I bought a large piece of equipment. It turned out that the delivery on their part was just to bring me a box over 100kg under the building, and I myself had to unload it and somehow drag it. In this case, the delivery is sudden, at any time within a week from the date of the order. So if you take the equipment from them, prepare four men so that they sit ready for a week to guard the "delivery". When the equipment stopped working a month later, it turned out that there was no promised 12-month warranty for it, because the contract contains a clause stating that the warranty is canceled if a maintenance contract is not concluded within seven days.

Sooooo bad impression! First of all, the responsiveness of the responses. I wrote a request - a week of silence. I started calling, they said they would answer the messenger - silence for several days. I started calling again, it seemed like I had agreed, they reacted, sent me a contract and an invoice!! But!!!! Attention! The price is higher than indicated on the site - this is nonsense at all, I began to find out what the matter is, why they work so badly, so they also began to intimidate me, saying that the conversation is being recorded (;!!! But there was no warning about the recording) and there is responsibility for defamation. I have everything documented, a screenshot from the website with the price, their account with the same date with the price above. I don't know how they work yet, they go out on the demand for goods, but the attitude to work is just tin. Briefly: 1. A long response to the request. 2. During the conversation, the manager was annoyed that I was taking up a lot of time, finding out the details, said that there was a lot of work, bluntly saying that it was time to wrap up. 3. The price on the website does not match the one billed. 4. When I called, I was told that the price on the website is relevant. When the invoice was issued, they replied that the price was no longer relevant. If you have somewhere else to order, you'd better go there. As a result, I turned to another company, the communication there is better, the conditions are better, and the price is not higher.

Here we were offered 3 quality options, we chose the average, as a result - for a year it has been worth nothing except small dents from the work of the chefs, as it was whole and shiny and remained. We will continue to cooperate with this company.
