Price-quality matches. Large bed, breakfast included in the price. Room cleaning on request. They clean well. Daily bottle of water and beach towel. There is a hairdryer, air conditioning. But there are also disadvantages. The sink is cracked, and the faucet handle is broken off. Three stars.🤷♀️But everything is working. The staff responds to comments and requests.

But the most basic disadvantage is the complete lack of hot water. Nonsense. The kettle was heated. That's how we washed. There is no desk in the room. A stool (30x30 cm) was used as a table. It was very uncomfortable. The sockets are partially working. the small refrigerator is working, but the freezer is. All the fruits and water are frozen. The ceiling fan creaks Like the pipilats of the movie Kin Dza Dza. The discussing staff hardly speaks English, my English is also bad. All this is very inconvenient. It's difficult to get information. Continental breakfast from 8:00 to 9:00. I had to get up on the alarm clock Because of the advantages - good air conditioning, a large bed and a free safe in the room. The ocean is 1-2 minutes away. You just have to cross the road.

We had a vacation with my wife in November 2024.We were in Sri Lanka for the first time.I liked both the country and the hotel.There is one thing, but if you are used to relaxing at 5 in expensive resorts, then you are not here.Yes, the hotel is not new, but there is some Sri Lankan authenticity in it.Everything that needed to work (refrigerator,air conditioning, fan, kettle, safe).The sea is nearby.Friendly hostess.There is no noise.And if you pay attention to all the minor flaws, then it spoils the vacation, first of all, for yourself.

We had a vacation in February 2025. In principle, we did not expect a wow effect, as we understood that this was a guest house. The location is excellent, the ocean is 200m away, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, there is a place to smoke hookah, but it is about a kilometer to the main road, if you go to the main road by tuk tuk, they ask for 400 rupees. The supermarket is located on the main road, it's a 30-minute walk to the supermarket, and it's an even longer 40-minute walk to the liquor store. The room itself is quite large, but there is simply nowhere to put things, there are few cabinets and cupboards. A stool is used instead of a table in the room. The room is very dirty, everything is dirty, the canopy on the bed, curtains, windows were not washed at all, it seemed to us once, the toilet and shower were not separated and the water splashed in all directions. There was no hot water for the whole vacation, there was just warm water. The room is pretty dark, and if you don't turn on the air conditioner, there's a sweet smell. The room is cleaned if you ask. I relied on 0.5 liters of water per person for free every day, but they won't give you water until you ask. Breakfast was served from 8 to 9 a.m., eggs with sausages, noodles, pancakes with coconut. Plus, they always provided fruit, tea or coffee, bread with butter and jam. Breakfast was poor, but we ate too much. The staff is very slow. Well, in general, we were very satisfied with our vacation and I would have returned to this guest house, as the price matches the quality. We had a place to sleep and wash and a gorgeous ocean nearby. On the last day, a family of monkeys came to our windows. There are a lot of cool places near Una, be sure to visit, don't just sit on the beach in Una, which I definitely don't recommend, it's Jungle Beach, I was there 5 years ago, it was cool, but now there are a lot of people, the place is small, in general there are many other cooler places. Sri Lanka is a wonderful country, I will definitely come back again.

Nice hotel! clean, cozy, good breakfasts and of course the location is great! The beach is within walking distance! The staff is great, friendly and very positive))) at the end of our 28-day vacation, we had dinner for the whole family, cooked seafood, it was very pleasant)) there is no noise from the street, the rooms are quiet! Disgusting. Everything is shabby, broken. 3 rooms were paid for back in September, two of them with a "sea view". As a result, there was no room at all, I had to live in a neighboring homeless guest house. There has never been a sea view there. A view of the dirty walls of the neighboring hotels. The shower, the faucet on the sink, the refrigerator, even the lock in the room were all broken. After requests to fix it, they fixed it in half with grief.
People live in inhumane conditions. We lasted two days, after an additional payment and tantrums, the tour operator moved us to another hotel. We will sue . Don't be fooled, the hotel is terrible.

The view from the broken windows to the jagged walls of the neighboring buildings . Everything in the rooms is old and broken. Terrible living conditions . The mosquito net on the bed was covered with a blister patch. The faucet is broken, the old beds are creaking. The refrigerator of the 80s is huge . It's not a hotel, it's a stinking hole. Hostel 0-!!!! If you don 't respect yourself , you can spend the night there .
