I put 5* only because, as a student, there was a convenient location to my university, a fairly quiet area, everything is provided in the apartments, convenient location to bus stops /trams, shops and supermarkets! Everything has been taken care of 👍 😇

The best of this grid is a city hotel. But it's inconvenient to live there. In the evenings, there is a very strong smell of burning from heating. And so far, of all the options for Kayseri, the most thoughtful interior for living. We lived in Max for a month. Everything is arranged. Only the Internet periodically disappeared. And sometimes very noisy neighbors came. But the staff solved this issue quickly enough.
