I rate it only as a concert venue. From the point of view of amenities, everything is cool: lockers in front of the entrance to the institution itself, adequate staff at the entrance, spacious and clean toilets, generally spacious, several bars (I don't drink at concerts, so I can't appreciate either the price tags or the quality of the drinks). This is one of the advantages.
Cons: frankly bad sound (something tolerable was tampered with during the concert, but still so-so), a dangerous channel for wiring (you might not notice and stumble), the sale of bottled beer (who knows who will get caught and want to smash this bottle over someone's head?). But the most important thing is that I came across this for the first time in my life: towards the end of the concert, for some reason, an employee of the institution personally approached me and told me to stop the slam, otherwise they would call the police and stop the concert. What is this all about? A complete lack of understanding of the context of a rock concert and what a slam is.

A wonderful place to attend a concert, a gala evening and any event. I really liked the concert hall, the sound was adjusted and displayed wonderfully. Comfortable, soft sofas that you never get tired of sitting on, bright spotlights, a large dance floor. We enjoyed the holiday immensely!

I was with my wife at the Refining concert. And in general, for the first time in this place. And I'll say that it's really cool! The bar is great, the bartenders are experienced, they made excellent cocktails, and respect for that! In general, there is a lot of space, clean, polite staff. The stage is great, and so is the approach to the stage. Well, the acoustics are not bad. We will be happy to come again!

I did not visit the trading floor itself. I was in the Prime Hall. A stylish nightclub. The space is well organized. There are several bars. The concert hall is comfortable and large. The sound quality is excellent.

When I came here, I was very surprised at what the concert venue looks like. The artist was very close from any point :) It's like a VIP room, only big for everyone :) you can sit at tables and in front of you as if "your interlocutor" is an artist. I really liked it. Both the sound and the place :)

I was at the Costa Lacosta concert on March 22nd. I was here for the first time. I liked the hall very much, there is a lot of space, there is no crowd. Several bars. There are buttons on the tables to call the waiter. However, no one approached us, which, of course, upset us. But there wasn't much time to eat during the concert. You can take drinks at the bar and bring them to your place. Visibility is excellent. The sound is excellent. I'm going to another concert here.

I didn't have enough pointers: since this is not a separate building, but only part of one of the floors in the shopping center, I didn't find it right away. In addition, it turned out that passenger and cargo elevators do not match on the floors, and employees of other institutions and organizations have no idea about this. Therefore, I and others who wanted to join the high for a while were rushing between floors and elevators. So far, I have not been able to reach the reception and I have not been oriented about the floor.
Overall, I had a good impression, although I was confused that I wasn't allowed to bring a bottle of water with me-I don't know, maybe it was supposed to contain alcohol? I had to buy at the bar, and that's when I realized the reason for the ban - the completely inadequate prices: a bottle of 0.5 liters of the simplest water (but in glass) cost 5 rubles.
The concert went great, about halfway through, people started dancing in the aisles - first the slowies, and then everything)))
It's just a pity that the audience didn't wait for the song that became the hallmark of the Scorpions, although the audience chanted for at least 10 minutes at the end of the concert.

It's not much of a place for corporate parties.. Some of them sit almost on the dance floor, the second part near the wall behind all the rows of chairs, some on the balcony in a circle (by the way, the bass from the acoustics is being repaired here and the clothes even shake to the music.. so-so pleasant ). Only the dance floor acts as a place of interaction, but it depends on the program. It comes out in different ways. The food is not bad.. but it's not particularly memorable either. All kinds of tartlets and canapes. Well, the strangest thing is the time limit until 1.30 am. If the company is fun, to dance, and not to rush, then there won't be enough time for anything.. But it's generally fine.

I came to a concert at Prime Hall twice. I took tickets for myself, my sister and friends. I have never felt more disappointed at any concert venue. I'm not talking about the quality of the performers, not even about the so-called "stage" filled and hung with equipment. In which the artist is not visible behind the cameramen wandering around the perimeter or someone else in caps and jeans.It's about
the approach to organizing concerts. It seems that the goal of everything is to maximize the bar's revenue and share the jackpot. It's hard to call it anything else. And the concert and the artists, by the way, are just an excuse or possible accomplices of "a la bar". The concert starts almost an hour later, or even longer, unless the audience who came to the concert, not to the bar, begins to demand this beginning at least sometime. I would not be surprised if the "organizers" had forgotten at all why most of them have been sitting in the hall for an hour and waiting for the "concert". It's the same with the intermission. Instead of the announced 20 minutes, an hour or even more. And many people fall for the bait of the artist's name and come from other cities. And even if the tickets are back on the very last train, they still do not have time. Or, at best, you have to be content with only the first compartment, and then in a state of stress, "I'll make it- I won't make it " on the train. Personally, my visits to the Prime Hall, as well as visits to my family and friends, ended there. On arrival "at the concert" Perucua. And we'll order the tenth to go there. There are many other concert venues where the audience is treated with great respect and culture, which is what these places imply. Even in provincial towns. The same cannot be said about the Prime Hall. This is not a concert venue. People say "farce" about such people.
