The clinic is excellent, many doctors are excellent. But ent Narmatova Kaniza Kanybekovna absolutely does not know how to communicate with people. "I know everything myself, don't tell me who treated you, I know everything better than anyone!", "Don't tell me that your gynecologist, with whom you are registered for pregnancy, advises you", "And it doesn't matter to me that you signed up for a nasal lavage. I don't do nasal washing!" - phrases that sounded from this doctor. As a result, I left the clinic in tears, as I spent time on a trip to her during the working day, received a bunch of moral lectures from the doctor and zero benefit
