We rested for 9 days, the only plus is the view from the window, the rest is only cons, the pillows are terribly uncomfortable, it's very dirty in the room, especially in the bathroom, breakfast is cooked on Monday and fed with it until Friday and the most interesting thing is, we saw a huge cockroach in the toilet, the size of a finger, killed, brought at the reception, they said "sorry", the pool is very dirty, there is mud floating on the bottom. We left earlier for a couple of days, about the refund for those nights that we did not spend the night, we replied "well, write to the mail, they will answer you"

A good hotel, friendly staff, 4 points only for the fact that two sweatshirts were missing from the closet and the administrator could not find them, although we know for sure that they were forgotten in the closet. Everything else is fine!
