An excellent hotel for calm family people, the price corresponds to the quality, comfortable spacious kitchen, rooms are clean, not killed. A small drawback is excellent audibility in the rooms. But the location is good.

Nice room. The bed linen is new. Individual entrance to the room from the courtyard. Hence the feeling that you live in a separate house. There is an air conditioner. The location is very convenient. This is the center of Pitsunda. There are stalls and cafes nearby. If desired, you can go to an equipped but more crowded beach, or go through the reserve, under the pines to the wild beach.

Do we really deserve rudeness, prices are more expensive than in Moscow, no service, fraud everywhere. To get to Lake Ritsa by car and return with a small snack, catamaran 30 minutes, tickets to Stalin's dacha, total: 5200, this is also gasoline for 61 rubles. Are you crazy?!!! About the Primavera: Broken beds, hard sofa, broken plumbing, rude staff, the veranda is not equipped for evening gatherings, the kettle is broken, there is no cleaning in the room, spontaneous Parking behind the fence, laundry according to the hostess 150 rubles.
