We stayed at this hotel in September 2024.
The location from the airport is excellent - a maximum of 1.5 hours.
Accommodation - excellent clean rooms with fresh appliances.
The food is very tasty, fresh and varied, the chefs cook perfectly, you can eat all day long, tables are covered with tablecloths in the dining room and drinks are brought by waiters if desired. The bars have soft drinks, beer, ayran, the reception bar has information on the bar with an assortment of alcoholic beverages, from which you can ask to make a cocktail by specifying the ingredients yourself, the pool bar has 2 free alcoholic and 2 free non-alcoholic cocktails every day
(change every day), there is also a beer bar with snacks, a coffee/tea bar with cakes, ice cream is served during the day at certain hours, waffles and tortillas are baked.
The beach is 3 minutes by tuk tuk bus (runs constantly, with a lunch break) or 5 minutes on foot in a straight line, the beach is gorgeous, fine sand, lots of sun beds, there are always free places, a beach bar with food and drinks, shower, toilets.
The cleanliness of the hotel is everywhere, the rooms are cleaned perfectly every day, all the staff are very friendly, everyone tries their best.
I recommend going to the Ala carte restaurant by appointment, we were in Italian (very tasty and excellent service).
The pools are clean, cleaned in the evenings, there are water slides, there are always free sun beds, there are also bars next to the pools, where you can also have lunch.
The contingent is mostly Germans, 10 percent Russians, all very friendly, the staff knows Russian, the attitude is the same to everyone.
Animation - during the day they invite you to participate in various events, in the evening there are imported shows, there is a children's club, a large playground under sunshades, small trampolines, golf for children.
There is free Wi-Fi throughout, including on the beach.

A good hotel for a combination of price and quality, decent food - always greens, fruits, vegetables, beef and fish for dinner. But there is also a lot of fast food nonsense. The sandy beach is 5 minutes away, the sun beds are very comfortable, the sea is clean. We rested at the beginning of November 24 - there is something for both children and adults to do. The slides are open by the hour, the water there was +18. On the beach, you could play bocce, volleyball, and water aerobics. We went to the gym, there is table tennis and big chess. Great hotel. Although the second line to the beach is 5 minutes on foot. There are many pools on the territory, there was enough space for everyone, as well as on the beach. There are a lot of places where you can have a snack. We had lunch mostly on the beach, and we didn't even want to go to the main restaurant. The rooms are spacious, cleaning is done every day. There are many bazaars outside the territory, and there is a great promenade on the beach. There is a turtle bridge nearby, from which you can see huge turtles in the water.

Excellent hotel, meals for 5, daily housekeeping, the territory is full of entertainment for children including water slides. There is a river near the hotel where you can watch turtles. The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is comfortable (not deep). I recommend it 100%! We rested from 28.10 to 0611 at sea on 23-24, the air warmed up to 30 in the afternoon.

Objectively and honestly:
A variety of meals, both in the restaurant and in the cafe on site and on the beach.
➕ Cleanliness of the territory. The staff is friendly (for the most part), the Turks are very fond of children.
➕ Close to the sea, 5 minutes on foot. There is a free minibus.
There are many pools, there are water slides.
The hotel is exclusively aimed at Germans. Everything on the territory is for them - entertainment, prices, announcements, the staff will try to speak German with you, ignoring other languages.
Germans smoke EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE, it's just a quiet horror. There is nothing to breathe in a cafe, by the pool, on the beach.
The staff does not use a separate elevator and they use a common one, carrying carts with laundry. therefore, it is very difficult to wait in line.
The food is varied, but with preservatives, for an amateur. There is not a large assortment of fruits, beer is diluted to the consistency of water.
The hotel is tired, renovation is required. Everything in the rooms is old, worn, and the equipment is also 15 years old.
No one is watching for compliance with the basic rules of behavior and safety.
In general, the rest is on a solid 3, but definitely not 5 stars. I liked it, but nothing more.

Yes, most of the people live in this hotel. Many Germans live in this hotel, and there are a lot of Russians.Yes, the hotel staff is also Russian-speaking. Germans smoke a lot, but there are places without smoking. I went to the hotel 2 times and liked everything. There are many bars on site, the food is delicious, there is a restaurant on the beach and a bar too. A lot of towels are cleaned in the room every day, different shapes are made from a blanket. There is an entertainment program and events. The hotel provides shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel. Waffles or ice cream are available on site. Ice cream is also given on the beach. We have already visited this hotel 4 times. A great hotel for families with children. Soundly, calmly. Mostly Germans have a rest. Good nutrition. Very green, cozy area. There are many shops nearby, a pharmacy. A local supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

Excellent hotel, good service, Russian-speaking staff only at the reception will explain where everything is, where you can go, if you look to go with the children is the most. The hotel is not located near the sea itself, but the sea is clearly visible from some rooms. There are no discos every night, or I didn't find one. Good afternoon. I stayed at the Hana Femely 4 Hotel from March 29 to April 9, 2021.I am very happy with the rest in general. Cleanliness, friendly staff and delicious food. The hotel is suitable for families with children. There are many playgrounds for them and food around the clock. No one will go hungry. Those who love silence should be prepared that large families come there and hold football tournaments among children's teams. So we need to think about it. If you eat with a child, there will always be company. Because of the coronavirus, everyone goes to the restaurant wearing masks. There the chefs serve you the food you want. It's even better. Do not throw away a mountain of uneaten food as before. You can take it to the room if you liked something. I've never heard anyone scold me. Children are loved and are patient with all whims. Cleaning every day. And getting sick with the virus is more real here. Floors are washed and tables are wiped every hour. Because of the virus, there are more Russians than from Germany and Turkey. But it's clear that they really like the hotel and it's not their first time here. Every time the Germans greet us warmly and joke with us. It was very pleasant. I would rate the hotel at 4 plus. And I would come again.

Drinks for adults are diluted with water, or the cheapest. Non-alcoholic drinks are quite normal. We lived on the ground floor, windows on neighboring hotels, we can hear the session from neighboring hotels, but at twelve at night it ends. In the morning, silence, no one rumbles, no noise. Cleaning is normal. In principle, it will do, but there are a lot of fascists, and they don't shine with culture.

Good afternoon, I rested at this hotel in August 2021, everything is normal, but there is no desire to return, the food is normal, not very varied, but delicious)the hotel is 4 stars, the room was poorly cleaned.., instead of shampoos and soap in a mini format, which we are all used to in 5-star hotels, there was something there..I'll imagine in the photo how many times I didn't throw it along with dirty towels on the floor..everything was returned to its place)), the beach is good, there are no complaints about the bar and food there. I had a rest in 2021 in October. The weather is gorgeous, the food is normal, even delicious and varied. However, I will not go any more. The hotel is former German and the attitude of most of the staff is negative. I was alone, I didn't get drunk, I didn't dance, I wasn't rude, I left tips in the room and in the bar, but I still feel a slight contempt. . And one day it broke through. The waiter talked to the German women, thinking that I did not know German, and relaxed and called one Russian dumkopf und ezel (a fool and a donkey). The Germans laughed heartily until I got up and gave this beggar a tip in bad German (I put it mildly, sorry). The Germans were blown away. The beggar followed me all the way to the reception and bleated apologies. This is not the first German hotel that I have visited, but this is the first time I have met such bestiality. We stayed at the hotel in September 2020. The hotel is a solid four. The territory is not large, there is nowhere to walk - they squeezed out to the maximum (three small pools, one indoor pool, two children's pools - one under a canopy from the sun, one aerobics pool) Despite the fact that there were a lot of people in the hotel (one of the most crowded hotels is on the beach, well, a lot of people) There was always a place near the pools. The staff is very cultured, observes all precautions against Covid, all wearing masks and gloves. They put food on themselves, save a little))), try to put less. But since our family eats a little at home, we did not suffer from this. There was fish every day - stewed lunch, grilled dinner. I didn't really like the breakfasts - eggs, porridge (terrible, despite the fact that we are fans of porridge), muesli (not tasty), pancakes (almost always raw - 5 out of 10 pieces are only edible), omelette (delicious, but they were made later when they cooked the pancakes). As for lunch and dinner, there are no complaints. Everything was delicious for us. Side dish - rice, French fries, pasta, a couple of times there were not edible mashed potatoes, once delicious stewed potatoes. I don't eat side dishes, they only took them to children. One of them was two years old, there was always something to feed (except breakfast), There were always two types of soups (delicious). Because we have a small child and we live according to the regime, we always came to eat at the very opening of the restaurant. Therefore, there was always a choice of food. But if you come an hour later, you could miss a lot of things and I didn't see them being brought. This is a significant disadvantage. Desserts are not a fountain, but you can choose. A very tasty cappuccino. The room was initially taken as standard, but after paying 20 dollars at the reception, we were given a Family room. The hotel's reputation is awesome, we slept under the snoring of neighboring Germans. In general, there are very few Germans, mostly our compatriots. The beach is 6 minutes on foot, the road is comfortable, past the hotels, there is always a shadow on one side. The bus arrived only once. The beach is very clean, with good sun loungers and wonderful sand. But the point is small for so many people. We always lay on the left, where there are few chaise lounges and the view is not very good, but not butt to butt. It was very lucky that the neighboring hotel was closed, so there were no people on the beach of the hotel. We swam there, it was great, there were very few people. By the end of the holiday, vacationers from other hotels began to come there, so there were more people. By comparison, already at 11 o'clock the beach of our hotel resembled the Crimea in the years of our parents. People - dear mother. A gorgeous embankment, long, very beautiful, walking is not going too far. There aren't many people. But, I repeat, many fives on the embankment were closed. Otherwise, I think there would be a lot of people. The waiters are helpful, we always gave tips. But even when we thought that we did not fit into the budget, and my husband honestly warned the waiters who served us that we had no more money, the attitude did not change. When we arrived, there was always a high chair at the table and drinks that we drank. By the way, they found the money later and thanked the guys. In the heat, wearing gloves and masks - you will not envy. They picked us up at 7.30, they didn't have time for breakfast. We came up in advance to ask to warm up baby food, so they poured us cappuccino and allowed us to take everything we asked for. People, give me a tip! Don't be too tight, and it's nice for you, and it's good for them))) In general, the hotel is good for families with children (there are unrealistically many of them of all ages) and it cost the money we gave for it. I don't remember exactly, about 120 tons in 11 days for 4 people (children 2.5 and 13 years old). By the way, in Russia no one has checked any questionnaires, precautions are only nominally observed, half without masks. But, as decent people, we registered for public services and handed over the crown on the first day ( 11 thousand rubles). Otherwise, no one would have found out and checked 😉

We are currently staying at this hotel. Everything is at the highest level. Service, service, rooms..everything is fine. We were given a two-room room, large, everything is there for living. There are enough soap accessories, there is a shower gel in the shower stall, soap near the washbasin (hanging on the wall), replenished every day during cleaning, shampoos in tubes are not replenished, but from the first day they were enough and will last until the end of the stay. Coffee, cream, sugar,glasses,kettle in the room. Very convenient.There is a separate conversation about nutrition. Plenty of food throughout the day everywhere and everywhere!!! For every taste. Who hasn't had enough of it in previous reviews??? I'm surprised at you, honestly! The meat is different, grilled and simply fried fish, the variety of side dishes is off the scale, there are a lot of salads, I counted only 8 types of cheeses, a lot of pastries, sweets...there are no words., different sauces, snacks, amazing pizza,soft waffles with different deep-fryers, I'm afraid I can't describe everything. Yes, the hotel is originally German, there are a lot of Germans, the staff speaks Russian poorly, but they know a little bit, they can understand each other, they are very friendly. I rested at this hotel on 11-19.09.2021, we bought a standard room, but offered a family room for free, there are two single beds and one large double bed behind a partition, one window with a balcony. I was vacationing with a friend and a child of 6 years old. For the first time in Turkey.
In principle, I liked everything, they cleaned the room every day, they vacuum the floors, they don't seem to wash. Towels were changed regularly and beds were made, garbage was taken out.
The air conditioning was fine. View of the street and the mountains in the distance. We lived on the 4th floor, sometimes we had to wait a long time for the elevator.
There was an open shuttle to the beach, until 18.00. Or walk for 7 minutes.
The beach is gorgeous, gently sloping, large and sandy. The sea is shallow, you can walk to the buoys with your feet))) Children's paradise. Good awnings, there were umbrellas in the neighboring hotel, they did not give such shade, they were often moved.
Beach towels are given out in the morning, in the evening from 17-19,00 towels are handed over if you need to change to clean ones. Mattresses are paid 1 euro, but they were not needed.
A good locker room on the beach, toilet, cafe, shower (with cold water), taps to wash your feet from the sand.
The food was fine, the best dinner was a variety, in the morning there was a little meager choice, but they always made an omelet with fillings (very tasty) or scrambled eggs, milk porridges were not tasty and very liquid, there were vegetables and pancakes with chocolate or jam to choose from, yoghurts, cereals, cheeses.
On the last day, the child grabbed some kind of intestinal thing, vomited all day. I've seen children before who vomited into the bushes on the territory. Be prepared for this. Posisorb helped us.
We were at the animation three times, we liked it once, we invited dancers, and it was somehow boring twice. The child liked the children's animation. They never got to the mini club.
The pools are clean. We didn't ride the slides, but they were there. The child was afraid.
There are also free trampolines and a playground for children.

The lady of my heart, who came from far away and decided to stay at your hotel, faced a chilling problem: she wanted to eat potato products in the form of chips at 3 a.m. and COULD NOT DO IT, because the buffets and vending machines were no longer working at that time.
I would like to ask you to note that even in the glorious city of St. Petersburg, and specifically at the metro station Chernaya Rechka in the Vyborgskaya hotel, where visitors from friendly republics live, workers who honestly perform their duties during the construction of the Lakhta Center, all potential needs are taken into account and everything is equipped for maximum comfort of residents!
I would like to wish you to sort out this GLARING misunderstanding as soon as possible and satisfy the need for chips of the captive of my soul!

The room has never been cleaned! And this is a 5-star hotel , every time I asked to clean the room , I do not know what the cleaners do , but they do not wash the floors, they do not vacuum the garbage under their feet, they did not wipe the dust, the bed linen was not changed, even the towel was not replaced with clean ones until she asked for a nightmare like this, according to the hotel itself. I looked at the reviews. I decided to write my own, because the Great Pseudo-Gourmands and Pseudo-Purists carry heresy and write nasty things about a normal hotel.
1. A family-friendly hotel for sure. There are a lot of children, good playgrounds and a children's water park. I will note the playground with a restaurant, it is convenient for parents - the child ate and ran to play, and the parents are eating and resting nearby.
2. The food in this restaurant is very tasty. You can take any dish and IT's DELICIOUS. Meat and fish - always. The meat is cooked perfectly!!! Not over-dried or overcooked. There is undoubtedly a choice.
The pastries are all different and all the most delicate and delicious. I have something to COMPARE it WITH.
Hane garden IS THE FIRST PLACE FOR DELICIOUS COOKING!!!!
By the way, the chef personally monitors how people eat. He'll come out and look at it every time. His photo can be seen on the hotel's Instagram.
And rarely do the plates stay with the food. And this is an indicator.
3. Swimming pools. Germans spend 90% of their time at the pools. Russians are all on the beach.
The pools are always clean, sun loungers, tables and drinks at the bar - everything is there.
4. The beach is great!!! Sand, crystal water and slender rows of sun loungers. We were at a time when there was enough for everyone.
5. The beach bar is famous for its Turkish pizza. It is perfectly baked with cheese, vegetables or minced meat 👍
In the bar there are vegetables, fruits, meat to choose from, drinks :tea, coffee, assorted juice, beer, cola, fanta, ayran.
Pool bars and lobbies - that's where any alcohol is.
6. The ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEANED AND THERE WERE ALWAYS CLEAN TOWELS. Everything worked in the room!!!!
7. In this hotel, mostly Germans relax. 80% of the vacationers are Germans. But One Thing!!!! These Germans are our compatriots who moved to Germany in the 90s. Even if you see a tolerant family (2 mothers and a child), strangely dressed, they are still our Russian Germans. Or an old man with a sharp German profile and glasses, dressed like our grandfathers, will still turn out to be a former Russian.
So this hotel was chosen by the Russian Germans.
8. What else did I like. That you don't have to bother with clothes and makeup. People are relaxing here, not showing off. German women don't sweat at all. Of course, ours are immediately different in terms of beauty and clothes.
9. Nearby markets, shops and pharmacies. There is a Migros, opposite the Mole of the Side. By the way, we also went to McDonald's there for the sake of interest. Everyone is silent about Migros, not even the staff speaks. So that they can buy up in the markets and the shop. But Migros is there.
There is also a Dogo. This is a Turkish brand of modern shoes. I'm just trudging along... from them. And I was happy to find them near the hotel.
TIP: THIS HOTEL IS FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN!!!
In the photo (it seems to have loaded) ice cream and pizza, which they do at the beach bar. Palm trees are date trees. And what's great is that you can eat in this date garden, in the evenings people held long feasts among the dates. The staff speaks Russian, poorly, but clearly. Russian Russians, or those who speak Russian well, there is always a guide in front of the reception desk.
The waiters are not homey, everyone lies in the reviews, or the guests themselves behaved rudely. The guys are all normal and nimble.
There are children's chairs in the restaurant, by the way.
Alcohol is all free, I've just read reviews that supposedly you have to pay.
Let me remind you once again, the rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed every day, and toilet paper and shampoos were put on new ones. And the swans were laid out.
I would like to note once again: Be sure to try Turkish pizza on the beach and European pizza in the restaurant in the evening. They cook very tasty, that's exactly the team of chefs at Hane Garden. BRAVO TO THEM!

We were in the Hane Family, there's probably something mixed up with the names, or rather it was rebuilt. There were slides in another place and next to them, for slightly smaller children, plus trampolines.
A very nice hotel, so great for a foursome. There is a bus stop nearby, we went to the old Side and the shopping center. The food is excellent, the beach is sandy, there is a snack bar on the beach, the sun beds are free, the rooms are clean, towels are changed every day. It's impossible to get into the hammam for free, I went for a fee, I liked it. The only thing is that there are a lot of Germans and the prices are focused on them.
I caught Wi-fi almost everywhere, but on the beach only in the bar area, I didn't get to the extreme sunbeds a little.
To the right of the beach there is a beautiful garden and a river with turtles.
The only thing is that there are no waves in Side, and so let's go again.

Now we are resting here, 2 adults and 2 children. The room is a family room, but it is impossible to sleep because of the neighboring hotel, the music screams like at a Ramstein concert... That's horrible... Only Germans are resting, there are almost no Russians. The staff does not speak Russian, you will not be stupidly heard or seen if you do not know German.. The emphasis is on the Germans. It is extremely unpleasant to relax with them, they smoke and drink everywhere, behave like pigs.
But I like the hotel itself the second time we rest here. The food is delicious, 2 minutes to the sea, the indoor pool is warm +26, the water is cold outside. The beach is clean, they feed for slaughter!

- the youngest child, probably soft-skinned and delicious -1.5 years old, was bitten by bedbugs on the first night!!!They were saved by the zodiac
- Non-removable shower and built-in short faucet, with strong pressure, no bathtub-which is very inconvenient with small children
- The territory, the room stock are battered, everything is smoky, shabby..
- Considering that the hotel is aimed at Germans, they smoke a lot and everywhere. It's mostly pennies that rest. The smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. In the room. In the dining room. On the beach-everywhere- smoke free zone

For Russians, a holiday was held on May 9, tables were set. It was a pleasure.
But one thing. The attitude towards Russian and German vacationers is decidedly different not in favor of the former.
